The IMF and the World Bank

The IMF and the World Bank are one of the reasons why the Third World is suffering in the
manner that it is. These groups were created after the Bretton Woods conference of 1944.
This conference was held in Bretton Woods, New Hamsphire. This meeting outlined the
dollar as the international currency and restructured world markets. The IMF is short for
the International Monetary Fund. This is an international organization that oversees global
financial system. The IMF handle exchange rates and payments. Its headquarters are in
Washington, D.C. ironically. They have a pool of money where countries can borrow form.
It's made up of 185 nations. The IMF and World Bank combined represent the international
economy of the world. The IMF was created by July 1944 in the United Nations Monetary and
Financial Conference. Harry Dexter White was one of the inventors of the International
Monetary Fund including the World Bank. White was involved in the Bretton Woods
Agreement. FBI sources accuse White of working for the Soviet Union (yet, the Soviet
Union was an invention of the Secret Societies and globalists). This was later confirmed by
the testimony of Soviet defector Elizabeth Bentley and the release of the VENONA material
by US Army Signal Intelligence. Of course, White's family deny this charge to this day.
There is an IMF Board of Governors belonging mostly to the 24 member Executive Board.
The IMF was formally organized on December 27, 1945, when the first 29 countries signed
its Articles of Agreement. Now, the IMF has huge influence in the world economy.

The World Bank has a similar origin to the IMF. The World Bank is an internationally supported
bank that provides financial help and technical assistance to developing nations. They do this
under the guise of reducing poverty, although this group is highly controversial. The World Bank
was formally established on December 27, 1945, following the ratification of the Bretton Woods
agreement. In 1946, the World Bank loaned 250 million dollars to France for post-war
reconstruction. Today they are doing the Millennium Development Goals (or MDGs) to try to
eliminate poverty and promote sustainable development. Sustainable development is a code
name for the globalists to control as much private property as possible. This plan is very similar to
Agenda 21 where the United Nations gets land deemed inactive for humans to live at all (which
can force people to live in more urban locations). That is why numerous private citizens and
organizations have expressed opposition to Agenda 21. The World Bank give loans and grants to
the Third World. The President of the World Bank today is Robert B. Zoellick. They have a Board
of Directors as well. Their group works worldwide. Critics of the World Bank believe that the World
Bank is an agent of the West (in order to advance US and Western business interests). Also, the
World Bank have made errors in executing their policies that are detrimental to the environment,
public health, and cultural diversity. This agenda according to the World Bank's critics is apart of
neo-liberalism. Neo-liberalism is an economic philosophy that subscribes to total free trade in how
they conduct themselves in international trade (with a mix of health reform, pro-growth policies,
and other liberal sounding tenets). From the beginning, the World Bank supported the Brazilian
Castello Branco’s authoritarian-rightist government. It was supplying Branco with a $80 million
loan for power projects. Johann Hari from the Global Research on May 3, 2007 wrote about the
World Bank killing thousands of some of the poorest people in the world. There is a person
named Hawa Amadu. She is 70 something years old. She lives in the slums of Accra, which is the
capital of Ghana. She wants to raise her grandkids as best as she can. There is a problem here.
She can't afford electricity and water anymore. The reason is that the World Bank threatened to
refuse to lend any more to her government. The World Bank doesn't want subsidies to electricity
and water. The subsidies stopped and she is suffering. There is mother named Maxima Cari from
Bolivia. There, she said that the World Bank took away her right to clean water. In 1997, the
World Bank demanded that the Bolivian government to privatize the country's water supply. Now,
Privatization is not about true individual ownership of private property at all. It's about select
corporations ruling most of the resources of a location (not the people or individuals at all). Later,
Maxima had to use dirty water since she couldn't afford the water any more. Evo Morales (who is
Bolivia's leader) has been threatened by the World Bank for trying to get the water back. Muracin
Claircin is a Haitian rice farmer. He can't grow rice any more. Since 1995, the World Bank wanted
Haiti to drop all restrictions on imports. That made the US to flood Haiti with rice. Haiti can't offer
rival subsidies making their economy suffering (along with other reasons). In essence, much of
the World Bank's policies are damaging the poor. According to Johann Hari:

"...The World Bank's own Independent Evaluation Group just found that barely one in ten
of its borrowers experienced persistent growth between 1995 and 2005 - a much smaller
proportion than those who stagnated or slid deeper into poverty. The bank's own former
chief economist, Nobel Prize-winner Joseph Stiglitz, says this approach "has condemned
people to death...They don't care if people live or die."...Why? Why would a body that
claims to help the poor actually thrash them? Because its mission to end poverty has
always been mythical. As George Monbiot explains in his book The Age of Consent, the
World Bank was created in the 1940s by US economist Henry Dexter White to be a further
projection of US power. The bank's head is invariably American, the bank is based in
Washington, and the US has a permanent veto on policies. It does not promote a sensible
mix of markets and state action - the real path to development. No: the World Bank
pursues the interests of US corporations over the poor, every time..."

Recently, there has been more wild news pertaining to the IMF. There is a $100 billion
(without oversight) bailout for the IMF that has been tagged on to a war funding bill. If this
is passed, billions of tax dollars could be handed off to European banks. Most of the
Democrats have agreed to this bill that will continue the destructive war on terror (in the
sovereign nations of Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Iraq). According to lawmakers’ aides
quoted in a Reuters report, the measure would increase U.S. member contributions to
the IMF by $8 million and it would authorize America to back the IMF’s plan to sell 400
tons (or 12.97 million ounces) of gold. Barack Obama even made a pledge to the G20
back in April that he wanted to give the IMF $500 billion (he said it was needed to help
the poorer nation during the economic downturn). Yet, the catch is that the Treasury
Department wants an international version of the Wall Street bailout. This means a
hundred billion dollar bailout for the IMF. Some amount this to a bailout for European
banks facing big losses in Central and Eastern Europe. House Republicans, including
Minority Leader John Boehner, have threatened to vote no on the war funding if the
IMF money is attached. He said that IMF funding out to be made separate from defense
spending. The passage of the bill will be close. There are GOP votes need to make up the
51 anti-war Democrats who opposed it last month. If all Republicans vote no, then the
House leadership will need 18 of the Democrats to reverse their defection and vote yes.
The overt agents of the IMF via documents is to be empowered under the guise of this
serious economic crisis and recession. That is why unelected central bankers are trying to
establish more authority to usurp state sovereignty in order to create economic global
governance (and regulate the financial institutions of the world). Some in the IMF and the
United Nations have supported plans to create a global banking system already (while the
dollar is replaced for a new world reserve currency system).

*There has been other bombshells from the World Bank. According to F. William Engdahl, a
secret World Bank report confirms that Biofeuls are a major cause of the world food crisis. The
International Monetary Fund and the World Bank are key instruments that endorse globalization
and the new world order. Oldthinkernews.com exposed about the Technocracy (or the scientific
control of society at the expense of liberty). Technocracy is about social engineering by the state.
The ruling class who support technocracy believe that the common person can't rule themselves
and an elite class of people must control the masses. Throughout human elite, this conflict of
control have existed. In other words, one part of the technocracy is allowing the state to use social
scientists to manipulate and control societies (via using Foundations to control our educational
systems). The General Education Board which is a pro-Rockefeller Foundation), Fred Gates
admitted in 1904 that his agenda was to maintain a docile population not improve society. Fred
Gates said that: "...In our dreams, we have limitless resources and the people yield
themselves with perfect docility at our molding hands. The present educational
conventions fade form our minds, and unhampered by traditions, we work our own good
will upon a grateful and responsive rural folk! We shall not try to make these people or any
of their children into Philosophers or men of learning, or men of science. We have not to
raise up form among them authors, editors, poets or men of letters. We shall not search for
embryo great artists, painters, musicians, nor lawyers, doctors, preachers, politicans,
statesmen, of whom we have an ample supply." These foundations admit that certain social
engineers are intentionally dumbing down the education of Americans (Charlotte Thomson Iserbyt
wrote a book about this issue). Unfortunately, some view public education as a means to
indoctrinate children to the state's perspective with the claim they should control their lives instead
of a child's parents. John Taylor Gatto is an expert and he saw the problems in the mainstream
educational system. "The Underground History of American Education" is the sum of Gatto's
research. The Behavioral Science Teach Education Study was created in 1969 (and it was funded
by the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare). It describes much of what is happening
now in 2009. It says that in the future, political choices will be limited, people in America will be
more hedonistic (who are conditioned to to get bread and circuses to keep social dissension and
disruption to a minimum), and a small elite will pretty much dictate the lives of American society.
The study predicted that in the future, few individuals will be able to maintain control over their
opinion. Most will be pawns of competing opinion molders according to the 1969 study as well.
Ironically, wealthy elitists (especially the Rockefeller family using foundations to fund social
scientists as early as the 1920's) have used social scientists to get that study's predictions fulfilled.
That is that the Reece Committee (Norman Dodd was apart of this Committee in 1953 as a
researcher) exposed how tax-exempt foundations influence propaganda, international affairs, and
education in the world.
 Appendix A: NAFTA & the SPP

President Clinton signed Executive Order 13107 or “The Implementation of Human Rights
Treaties” which claimed that U.N. Human Rights standards must be enforced in the U.S. We all
want human rights, but to allow a Communist organization to force its laws unto us is morally
repugnant. The same description goes for NAFTA. President George H. W. Bush has pushed
for NAFTA as early as the early 1990’s. It was President Bill Clinton who passed the oppressive
NAFTA or the North American Free Trade Agreement at 1994. Fake conservative Rush Limbaugh
supported NAFTA as well. The Bilderberg Group seeks in their long-term agenda to
expand NAFTA throughout the Western Hemisphere to create the American Union
(according to researcher Jim Tucker) like the EU ending sovereignty of countries and
further establishing NATO as the UN’s world army. FTAA was formed as a NAFTA expansion.
FTAA is made up of 34 countries in the Western Hemisphere (except Cuba). Even David
Rockefeller stated on tape that he wants the American Union by 2005. One of the main
problems with NAFTA is that it gives too much corporate investment rights and protections that
are unprecedented in scope and power. NAFTA allows corporations to travel and sue the national
government of a NAFTA country in secret tribunals if they feel that a regulation of a government
decision effects the investment in conflict with new NAFTA rights. If a corporation wins the suit,
the taxpayer of the “losing” NAFTA nation must foot the bill. Article 1100, 1102, and 1105 of
NAFTA deals with the issues with the World Bank and the U.N. handling many of the cases.
NAFTA very well may represent the 1st of a 10 Super Nation States or 10 Regions of the N.W.O.
This was all prophesized at Daniel 17:7-8. Bill Lambert told Cutting Edge Ministries in a secret
meeting about NAFTA and the 10 occult leaders of the 10 superpowers to form the N.W.O.
The North American Union has a long history. As far back as the late 1500’s, Sir Francis
Bacon advocated a New Atlantis on the North American continent. Now, others have
supported it in times past. As far back as November 13, 1979, then Presidential
candidate, Ronald Reagan proposes a "North American Agreement" which will produce
"a North American continent in which the goods and people of the three countries will
cross boundaries more freely." On January 1, 1989, The Canada US Free Trade
Agreement (CUSFTA or FTA) goes into effect. On January 1, 1994, NAFTA goes into effect
replacing CUSFTA. The Fraser Institute publishes a paper by Herbert G. Grubel titled "The Case
for the Amero: The Economics and Politics of a North American Monetary Union". In the
paper Grubel argues that a common currency is not inevitable but it is desirable. NAFTA was a
law signed by Bill Clinton which was promoted in a claim that it was necessary to improve trade
among the nations of America, Canada, and Mexico. On the other hand, NAFTA has caused
problems in America. There is the open trucking part of NAFTA (allowing Mexicans trucks
to roam America while competing with American unions. In 2007, the U.S. trade deficit with
Mexico soared 16 percent to $73 billion, which a record. The U.S. trade deficit with China
shot up 10 percent to $256 billion, which is the largest trade deficit ever between any two
countries. The 2 previous sentences outline the dire consequences of the NAFTA
agreement). Protectionism made America’s economic growth extremely high in the late
1800’s. Legitimate tariffs have brought a boon to American society. North American
integration has been endorsed strongly for years. For example, Robert Pastor wrote a book
entitled "Toward a North American Community," a book promoting the development of a North
American union as a regional government. The book called for the adoption of the amero as a
common monetary currency to replace the dollar and the peso. Pastor was even vice chairman of
the May 2005 Council on Foreign Relations task force entitled "Building a North American
Community. It wants a North American security perimeter by 2010, a North American biometric
passport, and other forms of North American integration. One big part of that is a planned
superhighway spanning Mexico, the US, and Canada. Later in September 13, 2006, there was
another secret North American integration meeting at Banff, Canada. It was so secret that
Judicial Watch had to use a FOIA to get documents on the events. In that meeting they had
a North American Forum. Surprisingly, at least one attendee of the conference said the
meeting was intended to subvert the democratic process. Mel Hurtig, a Canadian author
and publisher elected as the leader of the National Party of Canada, told WND last fall the
idea of the North American Forum is to move the countries toward integration without
public consent or even their knowledge. There are also Corridors like CANAMEX across
America into Canadian as a proposed part of NAFTA Superhighways. According to the
CANAMEX Corridor Coalition website:

Since its inception in 1995, the CANAMEX Corridor has grown to become
the cornerstone for the seamless and efficient transportation of goods,
services, people and information between Canada, Mexico and the
United States. As the implementation of NAFTA moves toward fruition,
the CANAMEX Corridor will broaden its initiatives to harvest the benefits
of increased trade, tourism and economic activity within the region.

Therefore, these superhighways are complex. In the process, American sovereignty is

further lowered. The Gazette on February 17, 2008 on how CANADACOM is To Assist U.S.
In Emergencies via an agreement. The pact allows Canada and America to protect each
other in cases of emergencies. Northcom was created in October 1, 2002 and Canada
Command was created in February 1, 2006. This agreement was signed in Houston Texas
at February 14, 2008 (in Fort Sam Houston). U.S. Air Force General Gene Renuart is
pictured shaking hands with Candaian Air Force Force Lt. General Marc Dumais. This is
treasonous since no nation has a right to interfere domestically with the affairs of another
nation even in times of emergencies. Even the Constitution doesn’t mention this. This
agreement wasn’t approved by Congress at all making this illegal. This goes into secret
military operations around the nations and Black water acting in 14 murders (yet, they
acted domestically in New Orleans during the Hurricane Katrina disaster. Many Black water
leaders like Erik Prince and SMOM & Opus Dei member Schmitz are Papal agents). On
another level Lee Rogers wrote about the Vision 2020 plan. The Vision 2020 document
outlines plans for USNORTHCOM to seek closer ties with various military institutions,
government bodies and private entities in the U.S., Canada and Mexico leading up until the
year 2020. This agreement could be a prelude to the real North American Army. This
agreement is definitely against the national sovereignties of Canada and the United States
of America. The mainstream media isn’t reporting on Vision 2020 or especially the
agreement between Canada and the USA.

Jerome Corsi wrote about the North American Union agenda again. Corsi wrote of the
increased tactic that members and proponents of the SPP (or the Security Prosperity and
Partnership. It’s made up of unelected bureaucrats from heads of state to cabinet
members) are trying to lie and deny it’s trying to create a North American Union. Corsi
found this out from an internal memo from Canada’s Foreign Affairs and Internal Trade
ministry. The memo is an internal government description of the third SPP summit. That was
held in Montebello, Quebec in August 20-21st 2007. In that place, folks’ rights were restricted with
barriers, etc. Additionally, the North American Competitiveness Council or the NACC played a big
role in the North American integration agenda. In fact, NACC was the only group meeting behind
closed doors with the SPP in the Canadian meeting. US, Mexico, and Canada officials are
involved in this endeavor. The memo admits that: "In closing, all leaders expressed a desire for
the NACC to play a role in articulating publicly the benefits of greater collaboration in North
America..."and "...In terms of building public support, President Bush suggested engaging
the support of those who had benefited from NAFTA and from North American integration
(including small business owners) to tell their stories and humanize the impressive
results..." They deny a North American integration plan, but CFR member Robert Pastor
called for a North American biometric boundary plus Pastor called for North American
highways in 2005. The SPP Documents outline a harmonization of laws within America,
Mexico, and Canada. Now, this proves that the North American trilateral integration agenda
exists. These development are eerily similar to the European Union development (which
has enormous Bilderberg Group/Vatican influence). Hence, it’s important to expose the
North American Union and oppose it. Jerome wrote more on the North American subject.
Corsi wrote that President George W. Bush signed an agreement that allowed the World
Health Organization and the U.N. complete control over response procedures in the event
of a pandemic outbreak in the U.S (This was reported by Paul Joseph Watson at Prison
Planet at Sunday, on September 2, 2007).

Before that back in 2005, President Bush announced a new International Partnership on
Avian and Pandemic Influenza to a High-Level Plenary Meeting of the U.N. General
Assembly, in New York. Corsi wrote that the SPP meeting in Montebello, Canada an
agreement was created that U.N. law along with regulations from the WHO was supreme
over U.S. law during a pandemic. Corsi calls this: "...the stage for militarizing the
management of continental health emergencies." Dr. David Nabarro have called for the
U.N. to have full control of health emergencies. Corsi exposed Nabarro many false virus
predictions. Dr. Jerome Corsi doesn’t ignore the possibility that the U.N. or the WHO could
release viruses. Additionally, it’s vital for us to refute the disinformation coming out from
the SPP denying North America integration plans. Jerome Corsi from World Net Daily
reported on yet another pro-North American integration meeting. It happened at the State
Department in Washington D.C. It primarily dealt with linking the North American
community with the European Union. For months, the alternative media have strongly
reported on this issue or the Transatlantic Union.
The Advisory Committee on International Economic Policy, or ACIEP supported such a
meeting. It was held in "Chatham House" rules that prohibit reporters from attributing
specific comments to individual participants. Now if this SPP/Transatlantic Union meeting
was so peaceful and isn’t a threat, why have so much secrecy in this circumstance? It
doesn’t make sense unless the people organizing this affair wanted to withhold the truth
from the public. The meeting talked about the SPP (or the Security and Prosperity
Partnership of North America. It has 20 trilateral bureaucratic working groups that seek to
"integrate and harmonize" administrative rules and regulations on a continental basis) and the US-
EU Transatlantic Economic Council or TEC. The TEC endorses the merging or convergence of
administrative rules and regulations between Europe and North America to possibly form a
"Transatlantic Economic Union" between the EU and North America. The Transatlantic
Economic Council, or TEC, was created by President Bush at an April 30 summit meeting at the
White House with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, the current president of the European
Council, and European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso. Corsi wrote that those in the
meeting wanted to seek a Transatlantic outlook or market. Corsi also wrote that those in the affair
wanted standardization, open borders, and other means for integration. Sen. Robert Bennett, R-
Utah wanted a Transatlantic Common Market with the US and the EU united economically by
2015.

Jerome Corsi wrote that the North American integration plan has been supported
by the CFR and it didn't end with the Bush administration. Corsi feels is still going
forward in the Barack Obama administration. Thomas D'Aquino is the CEO and
President of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives. This is the Canadian
counterpart to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He admitted in an interview that
the Council on Foreign Relations was the prime mover in establishing the
Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America or the SPP. This interview
has been published in the Metropolitan Corporate Counsel on October 4 in
Canada. The SPP wasn't some conspiracy theory. It was a real group of unelected
bureaucrats wanting North American integration (organized by the Canadian
Council of Chief Executives and the CFR in America). d'Aqunio said that President
Barack wants North American integration (in the guise of the North American
Leaders Summit) as along as the North American Competitiveness Council can be
recast to have more environmentalists plus union leaders. d'Aquino said that the
SPP started as a response to the 9/11 attacks (in the need to work for North
American needs while claiming to promote border security). With this goal in
mind, d'Aquino explained that the CCCE by 2003 had "launched an agenda that
we called the North American Security and Prosperity Initiative, or NASPI." The
term "Security and Prosperity" was first used by the Canadian Council of Chief
Executives in a January 23, 2003 in a report entitled, "Security and Prosperity:
Toward a New Canada-United States Partnership in North America." d'Aquino
bought the idea to CFR President Richard Haass and agreed with it (along with a
trilateral task force to make a more international North America. He recruited
John Manley on Canada's side, along with William Weld, former governor of
Massachusetts, and Pedro Aspe, the former Mexican economy minister, who had
been so influential in promoting NAFTA). The CFR made a task force document in
2004 about creating a North American community. By 2005, Bush, Paul Martin,
and Vicente Fox united in supporting the SPP by their March 23, 2005 meeting in
Waco, TX as a trilateral summit. The final task force report, titled "Building a
North American Community," was issued in March 2005, immediately following
the Waco summit (This CFR report wanted more financial aid to Mexico, a security
border around North America, and a new North American tribunal to settle
disputes). It wanted a 2010 North American economic and security community as
well. "At their next summit meeting, in 2006, the three leaders invited leading
members of the CEO communities in the three countries to provide private-
sector input on issues related to competitiveness," he continued. "From that idea,
the North American Competitiveness Council (NACC) was born, to be composed
of 10 frontline CEOs from each of Canada, the United States and Mexico." That
plan was implemented. The NACC had another SPP summit in Montebello,
Quebec in August of 2007 plus New Orleans in 2008. The SPP and now the NACC
(plus the North American Leaders Summit) is similar to the prelude of a North
American Union (which like the EU wants to integrate trade into a unelected
bureaucratic body). The North American Competitiveness Council is
composed of 30 North American business executives hand-picked, 10 each
by the Chambers of Commerce of the three countries. Barack Obama wants
this agenda to continue under the name of the North American Leaders
Summit (as Obama, Mexican President Calderon, and Canadian Prime
Minister Harper meet each other in Guadalajara, Mexico in August of 2008).
So, the new world order agenda is still alive.
