Risa Lynn Wolf-Smith (Movant), pursuant to L.B.R. 9010-1(b), submits this Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice (Motion), and in support thereof, states as follows: 1. Movant is an active member in good standing of the bar of the State of Colorado

and an attorney admitted to practice before the United Sates District Court for the District of Colorado. Movant is a partner with the law firm of Holland & Hart LLP (H&H). 2. Mr. Munsch is an active member in good standing of the Texas State Bar. Mr.

Munsch is a shareholder with the firm of Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C., 3800 Lincoln Plaza, Dallas, Texas 75201. Attached as Exhibit A is Mr. Munschs declaration. 3. Mr. Wielebinski is an active member in good standing of the Texas State Bar.

Creditors Committee and to serve as local counsel with Messrs. Munsch, Wielebinski, Ong, and Annable. Movant and H&H will meaningfully participate with Messrs.
