Upon the motion (the "Motion")2 of the above-captioned debtors and debtors in possession (collectively, the "Debtors"), for entry of an order, pursuant to section 341 of the Bankruptcy Code and section 156(c) of title 28 of the United States Code authorizing the Debtors to (i) file (a) a consolidated list of creditors and (b) a consolidated list of the Debtors' twenty (20) largest unsecured creditors; and (ii) complete all mailings of notices, including notices of the commencement of these cases and of the meeting of creditors pursuant to section 341 of the Bankruptcy Code; and upon the Declaration of Rebecca Irish in Support of the Debtors' Chapter 11 Petitions and First Day Pleadings; and due and sufficient notice of the Motion having been given; and it appearing that no other or further notice need be provided; and upon the record herein; and it appearing that the relief requested by the Motion is in the best
