MOTION TO EXPEDITE HEARING ON MOTION TO ENTER INTO DEBTOR IN
POSSESSION FINANCING WITH INTERNATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE AND
GRANT POST -PETITION LIENS
TO THE HONORABLE UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY JUDGE:
Now comes Delta Produce, L.P., et al., Debtors in the above-styled proceeding, and would
respectfully show the Court as follows:
1. The Debtors have contemporaneously filed a Motion to Enter Into Debtor In
Possession Financing With International Bank of Commerce and Grant Post-Petition Liens.
2. The Debtors request the Court to expedite this matter for hearing as soon as possible
in order for the Debtors to obtain the necessary funds to continue making payment of normal
operating expenses including payroll, utilities, and other expenses necessary to maintain the estates'
assets for a sale.
3. The Court entered a final cash collateral order on March 12, 2012. Per the cash
collateral agreement with IBC, the Debtor will use rent revenue to pay for operating expenses and
IBC will lend funds on a post-petition basis to make up the shortfall between expenses and rent
revenue.

4. The Debtor has outstanding expenses for the month of March that exceed the rent
revenue collected. Therefore, the need for the proposed DIP facility is urgent and should be granted
and a hearing should be held on an expedited basis. Per the terms of the final cash collateral order,
IBC does not object to the DIP facility.
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, the Debtors respectfully request the Court to
grant this Motion and conduct a hearing on this matter on an expedited basis.
