This is K&Es fifth monthly application for compensation (the Application) filed
pursuant to the Order Authorizing the Establishment of Procedures for Interim Compensation
and Reimbursement of Expenses for Professionals and Official Committee Members
[Docket No. 189] (the Interim Compensation Order). K&E requests: (a) payment of
compensation in the amount of $637,059.20 (80% of $796,324.00 of fees on account of actual
and necessary professional services rendered to the above-captioned debtors (collectively, the
Debtors) by K&E); and (b) reimbursement of actual and necessary costs and expenses in the
amount of $65,464.72 incurred by K&E during the period November 1, 2010 through
November 30, 2010 (the Fee Period).
