Claims (the "Debtors' Twenty-Fifth Omnibus Objection"); the Court having reviewed the Debtors'
Twenty-Fifth Omnibus Objection and any objections or responses thereto; and the Court having considered the Declaration
Omnibus
Objection (Substantive) to Certain Overstated Claims and Motion to Reduce or Expunge Such Claims; and the Court finding that (a) the Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. $$ 157 and 1334, and (b) notice of the Debtors' Twenty-Fifth Omnibus Objection and
Hearing was sufflrcient under the circumstances; and the Court having determined that the legal and
factual bases set forth in the Debtors' Twenty-Fifth Omnibus Objection establish just cause for the
