TO THE HONORABLE PETER H. CARROLL, UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY JUDGE; AND THE OFFICE OF THE UNITED STATES TRUSTEE: Heller Ehrman LLP (Heller Ehrman), special corporate counsel for National R.V. Holdings, Inc. ("Holdings") and National R.V., Inc. ("NRV"), debtors and debtors in possession in the above-captioned cases (together, the Debtors), hereby submits its request for payment (the Monthly Statement) of professional fees and reimbursement of expenses for the one-month period from March 1, 2008 through March 31, 2008 (the Fee Period). As set forth in detail on the monthly billing statement attached hereto as Exhibit 1 (the Billing Statement), Heller Ehrman billed fees and incurred expenses in the following amounts during the Fee Period: Professional Fees: Expenses: Total: $27,037.00 $ 866.29 $27,903.29

The Billing Statement describes the services rendered by Heller Ehrman, the total time expended on these services, the names of the individuals who performed such services, and the hourly billing rate for each of these individuals. Exhibit 2 includes a breakdown of the time billed by each professional in each task category. Pursuant to the Order Establishing Procedures for Interim Payment of Fees and Expenses to Professionals (the Fee Order), the Debtors are authorized (but not directed) to pay on a monthly basis 80% of the fees and 100% of the expenses incurred by each estates professional that files, serves, and receives no objection to a Monthly Statement prepared in accordance with the Fee Order. Moreover, even if an objection is filed to this Monthly Statement, the Debtors are authorized (but not directed) to pay any undisputed portion of the requested fees and expenses. In accordance with the Fee Order, Heller Ehrman requests payment of $22,495.89, calculated as follows: Professional Fees $27,037.00 x 80% ________________ $21,629.60 + Expenses $ 866.29 x 100% _____________ $ 866.29 1
