CERTIFICATE OF NO OBJECTION REGARDING FIRST APPLICATION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE OFFICIAL COMMITTEE OF UNSECURED CREDITORS FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES The undersigned, counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the above-captioned cases (the Committee), hereby certifies that he received an informal objection from the Office of the United States Trustee (the US Trustee) to the First Application of the Members of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors for Reimbursement of Expenses (Docket No. 603; the Application) filed by the undersigned on July 15, 2009. The Committee and the US Trustee have resolved the informal objection to the Application and the amounts listed herein reflect such agreement. The undersigned further certifies that he has reviewed the docket in the cases and that no further objection or response to the Application appears thereon. Committee Members (Docket No. 249), the Debtors are authorized to pay the members of the Committee $3,184.34, to be disbursed in the amount of (a) $1,652.61 to Committee Member Ryan Bateman of Bateman & Company Ltd. and (b) $1,531.73 to Committee Member Brian Kurr of Marathon Oil Company, which aggregate amount represents (100%) of the reduced agreed-upon expenses requested in the Application2 upon the filing of this Certificate and without the need for entry of a Court order approving the Application.
