Committee Members (Docket No. 249), the Debtors are authorized to pay the members of the Committee $3,184.34, to be disbursed in the amount of (a) $1,652.61 to Committee Member Ryan Bateman of Bateman & Company Ltd. and (b) $1,531.73 to Committee Member Brian Kurr of Marathon Oil Company, which aggregate amount represents (100%) of the reduced agreed-upon expenses requested in the Application2 upon the filing of this Certificate and without the need for entry of a Court order approving the Application.
