No late admission is allowed under term system. Moreover, no supplementary case i.e; one subject fail admission shall be accepted under term system.

The Registration/Enrollment/Sports fee shall be charged at the following rates from the colleges for this session 2012-2013 alongwith Registration Return:Registration fee: Rs. 1800/- per student (Payable only once & non-refundable) Sports fee: Rs.100x No of years per student (to be deposited at once) Enrollment fee: Rs.450x No of years per student (to be deposited at once) (Enrollment fee from Private Colleges Affiliated with University of Sargodha at graduate level to be deposited at once alongwith Registration Return) Other Dues: As notified separately for each college. As per the decision of the Syndicate University of Sargodha, following amounts shall be charged from the received income of the private affiliated colleges as university share:i) M.A / M.Sc & JDPE Rs.1000/- per student (for 2-years) ii) B.Ed Rs.1000/- per student iii) M.Com Rs.2000/- per student per annum iv) MBA / Law Rs.5000/- per student per annum v) ADCP Rs.10000/- per student vi) M.Sc Computer Science Rs.2000/- per student per annum Note:i) ii) iii)
No admission shall be accepted after 31-03-2013. Moreover, admission of candidates with compartments and supplementary exam in the same academic year is not allowed. The NOCs of the students graduated from other universities shall be submitted within one month of last date of admission, failing which the admission / registration shall be cancelled. The university dues regarding Registration Return must be deposited in HBL university of Sargodha Account No.04237900379501 on or before the due date of each category, failing which the next category will be implemented. In case of last category, registration return will not be accepted if the dues are not deposited on due date. In case of non compliance with the last category of above admission schedule, a special fine will be imposed with approval of competent authority.

REGISTRATION RETURN SCHEDULE:The Return should be submitted on new proforma provided by the Registration Branch, University of Sargodha. All the columns of the Return should be carefully filled in and the incomplete Registration return shall not be accepted. The return of already registered students of the UOS may be submitted separately as last page of the registration return proforma. The Registration Return (the list of the admitted students on the prescribed proforma along with deposit slips of Registration / Enrollment / Sports fee and University Share, shall be submitted within 14 days from the last date of admission of each category. After 14 days from the last date of admission in each category, the Registration Return shall be submitted with fine at the following rates:a) After 14 days from the last date of admission in each category @ Rs.100/- per student. b) After 30 days from the last date of admission in each category @ Rs.300/- per student. c) After 45 days from the last date of admission in each category @ Rs.500/- per student. After the expiry of 60 days from the last date of admission Registration Return from any of the affiliated colleges shall not be accepted in any case. 20% surcharge per month will be received on arrears of the Registration / Enrollment / Sports fees and University Share. For admission under category late admission with the permission of Vice-Chancellor, late admission forms shall be provided by the Registration Branch @ Rs.25 per form, which shall be collected by the Institutions concerned after deposit of prescribed fee. No late admission is allowed under term system in any case.
