Aim: To theorize about the possibility of developing a device for diagnosing and administering homeopathic drug.

Known facts: 1) Homeopathic reaction of body is inbuilt mechanism integrating various psychological, immunological, biochemical, hormonal, neural, mechanisms already engaged in developing the living body. 2) Homeopathic medicines are developed from anything that can generate reaction from living things. 3) To generate reaction from living things the external agent should be received by receptors on the organism. 4) These receptors can be of any of various kinds i.e. touch, vision, hearing, taste, pain, temperature, radiation, smell, etc. What a Homeopathy Physician does? 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) 8) 9) 10) 11) 12) 13) 14) He tries to act as objectively as possible. Collects data from the living organism regarding the response of various receptors to the environment. Tries to project this data on a time line. Matches this data with already existing data in repertory. Most matching agent from the repertory is considered the current response of the organism to the environment. He then has to judge the strength of the organisms response so as to match the strength of the agent to it. The amount of the agent to be administered is to be assessed. The agent is administered. Physician then waits to study the response of the organism by collecting data at predetermined intervals as per the urgency of the organisms condition. He has to judge as to when and what is going to be the next dose. His task is multi dimensional The agent should be identical as far as possible to the ailment in terms of features of the ailment as projected on the time line. Perfect identity is as yet difficult. Reasonable identity is possible. The agent will generate similar response in the living body and promote healing of the organism. What remains to be identified is whether any agent i.e. chemical, physical, dilutions, and psychological, that the body perceives (and not just the bottled homeopathy remedies) will bring about a homeopathic response in the body? This was mentioned by Hahnemann in his organon of medicine.

What if no homeopathy physician is present close to the patient? Can such data be obtained from the organism that will point to the homeopathic remedy using a machine? What will be the type of such data?

Can a device be designed that will generate the remedy and administer it to the living organism? Will it be a simple or a complex machine? Administration of homeopathic remedy brings about a psycho-neuro-immuno-humeral response in accordance with the remedy quality (dilution and succussion) What are the receptors that respond to the diluted and succused (D& S) Homeopathic remedy? What is the form of remedy in the bottled homeopathic remedies Pills/dilutions? In the following diagram: The role of physician - data analysis, remedy selection, remedy generation and administration is to be replaced with the device. Thus the device should have following features: 1) A receptor to receive sickness data from the organism. 2) Analyse the data. Depends on the type of data i.e. chemical or electronic. 3) Generate the sickness signature. This will involve the following: a) Type, b) Frequency, c) amplitude of the signature. 4) Generate Remedy signature. 5) Administer the remedy to the organism. The signature is not supposed to have any name as in various names of remedies. The provings of various remedies in homeopathic materia medica are both a boon as well as limitations. The earlier medical system and the present day allopathic system try to simplify the process of treating a disease by classifying them into certain categories. Also by creating various disciplines to handle various aspects of presenting complains in living body. Like wise the present day homeopathy tries to simplify the process of remedy administration by stressing upon personalities of remedies as per various modalities and identifying such personalities in organisms. The vast majority of organisms cannot be adjusted into such categorization. Also a very large number of remedies will have to be proved to enhance the effectiveness of homeopathic treatment. Every living organism is already implementing the curative mechanism that our homeopathic remedy is expected to mimic when administered. The sick state of an organism is simply a peak on the graph of response of organism to its environment when charted against a timeline of its life. The organism like any other electronic instrument must radiate certain kind of field which is sum-total or final result of various processes in body, or otherwise a certain part of this field is the result of the central control mechanism (core) of these activities. This

core is the generator of the material field, the space field and the timeline/time-field of that organism. The field generated must have a spatial configuration in terms of distance from the source, amplitude, frequency, shape. The most important aspects of this field are frequency or wavelength and amplitude. The homeopathic remedy should have the capacity to generate a field very similar to the one being generated. Or otherwise it is a field very similar to the one being generated by the organism. Administration of this field to the organism results in generation of psychoneuro-immuno-humeral response which results in changes in physical, mental and social spheres of the organism.
