Since more than 50 years Roplasto plans, develops and manufactures profile systems made from pvc.

Roplasto is one of the pioneers of plastic window production in Germany and offers as a system builder a comprehensive program of pvc profiles. Manufacturers from over 15 countries use these profiles to produce, in accordance with the regulations of each country, all kinds of windows and doors. As different as they might be, in each product made from Roplasto profiles you will find our know-how of material properties and the profund knowledge of our engineers about processing technology.

Quality control from the very beginning!

Quality does not come by coincidence; it starts with the right raw materials. In order to make sure that the quality is under control, Roplasto follows the strategy that it is better to avoid a mistake than to fix it later with costly measures.

The consequences are: We develop the profile systems and also manufacture the required tools for the production. We use modern tooling machines for high precission and efficiency but also rely on the experience and abilities of our well trained workers. Our in-house mixing machine provides us with a constant quality and allows individual solutions. The various profiles of our system are produced on our state-of-the-art extrusionlines. The production is fully automated with frequent quality checks on different stages.

Roplasto was the first system builder fulfilling the requirements of DIN ISO 9001 and holds the certificate since 1993. This includes the European quality aproval for all areas of the business, including customer service, product development, production and shipping. Own decor foiling lines guarantee for flexibility in providing our customers with high quality decor profiles.

Products that meet the demand as manifold as the customer wishes The expectations and wishes from customers regarding windows and doors are very different. There are general aspects like energy efficiency, noise reduction and burglary protection. There are personal preferences regarding colour, shape and functionality, even country specific requirements. The Roplasto system offers solutions for any kind of combination. Roplasto also constantly analyses market developments and trends in order to meet future requirements. Universal in the application, economical in the processing Through the development of middle and stop gaskets that are equal in size the Roplasto system achieves a considerable rationalization effect in the stock-keeping. A thoughtful composed set of profiles enables the processor to offer a wide range of products. We are never self-satisfied. The things that we do good today, we want to do better tomorrow.
