overseas branches located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo and London and 1 agency in
NewYork.
BNI has direct ownership in the following subsidiaries: PT BNI Multifinance, PT BNI
Securities,PTBNILifeInsurance,BNIRemittanceLtd.andPTBankBNISyariah.Allofthe
subsidiaries of BNI are domiciled in Jakarta, except for BNI Remittance Ltd. which is
domiciledinHongKong.
As of September 30th, 2011, BNI had 20,017 permanent employees and 4,753 non
permanentemployees.
