PREFACE

Practical study is an integral part of our B.B.A Program. The main objective of such training to develop the students ability it is the opportunity for the students to show their skill and efficiency. Student will able to develop their internal strength industrial training. During the year we have training the Pexis Scale Company at Mehsana. It is matter of great pleasure for me to prepare project report on these companies it was great experience for me. During this training I observe various department of the company like Production Department, Marketing Department, Human Resources Department, Finance Department, etc. I learn of things during this training. During this training I have learn that how the practical situation is different from the theoretical knowledge that we get in our college. By this project, I was exposed with practical aspects of our study, which would be helpful to me in building my strong career.

I have great pleasure to prepare a project report on Industrial Training which is a part of our study of S.Y.B.B.A. In addition to allowing me to training in the Pexis Scale Company at Mehsana and studying the organization and various aspects of managerial functions they provided me many details that will helpful to me prepare project report. It was an opportunity for me and for it. I am also thankful to the H.R. Manager Mr. Manubhai Patel of Pexis Scale Company for giving us permission in the company for 21 days industrial training. I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Bharat Bhai Suthar plant manager of Pexis Scale Company who provides us useful information about company and explain production process. I am heartily thankful to our institute for providing me this golden opportunity to take out my hidden management ability in practical world. I am also thankful to our principal Shri.Madhubhai Patel and my project in charge to Mr.Nitinbhai Patel for providing me valuable guideline regarding this project report. The Pexis Scale Company at Mehsana was established on May 2007. It is a partnership firm organisation there are 2 partners in the Pexis Scale Company. Like Sunil Bhai Goswami and Narendra Bhai Suthar. The Pexis Scale Company produced the Electronic Weighing Scales Machine. Now its capacity is 15 to 20 scale machine per day. The Pexis Scale Company produced the different size scale like House hold range, Consumer range, Jewellery range, Industrial range, Milk dairy range etc. The Pexis Scale Company is running by the order per work and tender wise. It is making the profit by the sales of scale by order per work and tender wise. Pexis Scale Company is using maximum utility of their manpower. There are total 43 employees working in this company in shifts. The marking office of this company is at Mehsana. Pexis Scale Company is selling it products in national market. The firm gives an advertisement in print media to boost up the products. Company is having ISO: 9001:2008 certified company.
