A) Mission / Purpose Living with Purpose Adding and creating value in the lifes of anyone who comes in contact with me. B) Stages & Sessions Its a 6 Stage, 12 sessions (+ session 0) transformation plan. While the content at individual stage will be flexible and in response to client and session need, broad framework / approach will be as follows. The model COACH to CREATE A New You, defines the key responsibilities of the COACH in terms of the COACH being responsible for creating a safe environment for the CLIENT in a way that the CLIENT can Confide in the coach and the Coach has the Confidence in the Client in making the shift. The Coach is Observant in a way that he will observe the clients behavior and thinking patterns, requirements, areas where the client is not comfortable and is comfortable in order to help with the process of transforming. The Coach is Aware of the Clients needs and requirements and also becomes aware of the areas where the client may not be comfortable and will probe / question into such areas with the gained awareness and with the permission of the client. The Coach is Curious in a way that he will raise thought provoking discussions and questions in order for the client to be able to reflect and evolve. The Coach will Hold the client accountable on the Actions steps, field work, reflections, evolution and transformation in a way that the Client is able to make a sustained shift. And the coach will work in alignment with the ICF requirements. Session 0 - Knowing and understanding, creating a safe space for the engagement: Understand and unburden the client. Establish safe space and comfort, clarity, trust, relationship. Ensure that the client understands what is coaching, and what coaching is not, has clarity about the roles of the coach and client, is committed to making the shift, takes ownership and has clear understanding of the coaching model and process. (Tool: Client Agreement and Client Information sheet, The biwid (best in what I do) questionnaire, Broad sessions plan, other logistics and commercials). Take away: Role clarity, need for shift, Model and process clarity. Stage 1 - Commit Agree on coaching needs, deliverables what and how to measure. Who/ how/ and frequency of reporting and confidentiality. Stock taking through internal feedback, Ensure what does the client want to change, where is the shift and transformation required and the level of commitment from the client, note areas of surprise, help sifting through inputs & reach reconciliation. Check feelings. Assess need for any external (beyond coaching scope) help. Take away: Client commitment.

Stage 2 - Reflect Initiate work with client. Ascertain need for perspective shifting. Align on the current state and the desired state. (Tool: SWOT, Johari, Values exercise and identify and define a Purpose). Identify major situations causing challenge or mental agony. For each situation have client write down: Pain points, Pleasure points (from past), in general REFLECT. Opportunity & Threat areas (for future) Develop a balanced, positive outlook. (Tool: Happiness quotient tracker) Identify need for additional inputs / checks, other tools Take away: Need for additional feedback tools / inputs. Stage 3 - Evolve Initiate work with client. Ascertain need for perspective shifting. Re-align on the current state and the desired state (with reflections there is a possibility of a change in desired state or even the current state) (Tool: SWOT, Johari, Values exercise and re-define a Purpose if need be). Identify new situations causing challenge or mental agony as well as areas of new awareness. For each situation have client write down: Pain points, Pleasure points (from past) in light of the new awareness. Opportunity & Threat areas (for future) Develop balanced, positive outlook in light of the new awareness. (Tool: Happiness quotient tracker) Identify need for additional inputs / checks, other tools Take away: Need for additional feedback tools / inputs. Stage 4 - Act Initiate work with client. Ascertain need for perspective shifting. Re-align on the current state and the desired state (with reflections there is a possibility of a change in desired state or even the current state) and agree on the GAPs. Based on this the Coach and Client set the Action steps. Visioning: Start from dream vision goal POA Goal setting What, How, How best --- POA .Milestones for in between steps. Ensure clarity on ownership whos driving it` (Tool: SMART Goals). As part of the Action Stage - Identify new situations causing challenge or mental agony as well as areas of new awareness. For each situation have client write down: Pain points, Pleasure points in light of the new awareness. Take away: Goal custodianship. Session 5 - Transform Periodic measurement. Meeting of milestones, need to recognize, celebrate small wins. Reinforce importance to be on course via achievements so far. Sense feeling on goal alignment.

Review, clarify. Refine action plan (course correction) if necessary. Check on both Logic and Emotions Thinking & Feeling) parameters: (I) How Am I doing, (ii) How am I feeling, What am I thinking. Take away: Think Feel sync . Take away: Measure, celebrate, reinforce. Stage 6 - Elevate Stock taking for completion v/s goals. (measure, acknowledge on achievements ) . Review for a potent closure (self reflection on task accomplishment & drawing out balance POA). Agree on any follow through action or any direct involvement of the coach. Check on the clients level of awareness, transformation and elevation in a way that the client has made a shift which is sustainable and the client can be on his/her own. Take away: Client confidence to be on own. C) Resources a. Input tools Contact sheet, biwid format Source inputs in terms of 360 degree, appraisal, and feedback points. Johari window, Need based psychometric tools like Personality types ( Myer-Briggs ) , Strength (VIA Authentic Happiness), Learning style ( Peter Honey ) P-POT (Pain, Pleasure, Opportunity, and Threat) situation analyses for major events / people Overall coaching framework, with broad session wise plan b. In session tools Integrated tracker, effort value matrix Coaching session worksheet (noting of key interaction points, coachs reflection, action points, probe points for next session) Happiness quotient tracker c. Probing mechanisms Onion peel, why-why questioning and analysis Shift of axis (relativity)
