 DESCRIPTION OF IDEA:

I want to choose shawls as a product. Using shawls on every occasion has become
a fashion. This trend is increasing too much not only in Asia but also in Europe.
Shawls are considered a product so it is a product based idea. Shawls can make
within less budget & time & machinery for making shawls are easily available.
And because of handwork it is not expensive business. I will design / create
website for selling this product nationwide & international level. I will follow the
7Cs concept. I will try to create attractive site & find ways to get consumers to
visit the site & stay around & come back often.

 IMPORTANCE OF IDEA:

It is very important idea because it has a great business value. Now a days using
shawls has become a fashion almost in every country of the world. I can spend
less capital get more revenue. Good quality based product with reasonable price &
with strong competitive advantage are basis for increasing revenue. With effective
advertisement through website I can make a strong market share in industry. I can
exposure this product on site by using different browsers for different kinds of
shawls & include different types of music background of different shawls. Making
different shawls for different age females with different work on it & for using on
different occasions are introducing through website can increase this business in
future.

 TARGET MARKET/CUSTOMERS:
I will make customers by finding e-mail addresses of them & sending them e-
mails about the product related website. Give them little information as exciting
news about website & ask them to visit website for further information. In this
way I will try to make target customers specially sending e-mails to females.

As we know different people have different culture in the world. They have
different opinions. So before creating images, icons, colors in website & using
names I will try to select them according to their culture. There are so many
languages are spoken in the world. I will make home page in English language &

Also give opportunities to customers through browser select language & achieve
information about product. I will give options of almost 10 top languages in the
web. There are also many issues regarding to product. Online privacy is the
number one e-commerce concern. Marketers can easily track website visitors.
Security, Territorial jurisdiction, online contracts, Issue of taxation on internet,
Domain name & trademark conflicts, Online defamation, cybercrimes &
copyright in cyberspace etc I will try to manage all these issues regarding to
product. Political issues also effect in making target customers. Attitude toward
international buying, government bureaucracy, political stability & monetary
regulations also effect in making target customers. For online business it is very
important to establish trusting relationship with customers like physical world.
Give value for their suggestion & make them lifetime customers.

 COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS(CBA)


Through this investment by spending small capital I can get great benefit. Also best
investment is that in which we invest today & give us benefit in future for a long time.

 PAYBACK PERIOD
In this project I need less capital. By proper planning I can get initial investment within
fewer periods. For example if I am spending 200000 as the cost of project & earning
40000 annually than pay back period is 5 year.

WORKING:

PP = 200000/40000= 5 years
 RATIONAL / SUMMARY
I select shawls as a product in this project. First of all I will create a website to
attract customers. It is inexpensive business so it can grow rapidly by proper
planning. I will inform customers through e-mail & also considered political,
legal, cultural etc factors in making website. I will prefer customers & give value
their opinion so that they can make lifetime customers. Through this investment
by spending less capital I can get great benefit & get initial investment within
fewer periods.
