THE WASHINGTON COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY will host its 3rd Annual Victorian Holiday Tea at the historic Rice Mansion on Sunday, December 2. The restored 1903 mansion, located in Cambridge, New York, will be beautifully decorated for the holidays. Theme attire for attendees is optional but always adds to the festivities of the afternoon.
