TOPIC 3: Women and men are commonly seen as having different strengths and weaknesses.

Is it right to exclude males or females from certain professions because of their gender? Stepping into the 21-st century, gender discrimination is still a rampant/pressing(em thy ch rampant ko hp) issue in many countries crossing the globe. In fact, both males and females suffer favoritism at work due to different innate strengths and characters/personalities. However, I am of the belief that it is unreasonable to exclude applicants from their jobs owing to their gender due to following reasons.(ko cn thit, ch lm ri thm va owing to va due to. H t bit di mnh trnh by l do m) Admittedly, although each gender possesses differently inborn merits, they can still perform their tasks excellently provided that they are well-trained. Throughout the history, it can be clearly seen that women made a lot of(a lot of ko dng trong academic writing nguyn cm made inroads into) inroads into almost every walk of life, even the male oriented ones such as politics and military/politician/statesman and soldier/policeman (2 t ny khng phi ngh ko khp vi ch ones). The most obvious evidence is the first female prime minister of Thailand with outstanding leadership, Yungluck Shinawatra, whose party successfully won the general selection. Turning to men, surprisingly, the most competent chiefs/chefs in the world are often men. Hence, the society should generate equal opportunities for anyone who is well qualified for the jobs./ should offer equal opportunities to anyone..(offer thy ty hn generate:D) Furthermore, the gender prejudice will definitely be a barrier to economic growth. Obviously, if people are given the equal chances to work and devote to their passionate jobs, it will result in a healthily competitive market which also triggers the economic innovations/(em ko chc chc ch trigger, m ko bit tm verb no ph hp nn rewrite di hn) will create the favorable conditions for the economic innovations to come into being. In addition, the society/community with gender bias prevents people from exploring their own hidden talents, which is actually the colossal waste of human resource. Worse still, it leads to a far-reaching consequence that is the economic stagnation. and therefore, inhibits its own development (ch ny ch mun din t s km hm pht trin kinh t m cha bit dng t g). Hic m sao km hm kinh t li ly v d v cng hin v mt khoa hc y khoa ca Marie Curie em ngh ly v d g v businesswoman, female CEO, For example, if gender bias in medicine was still the norms and the rules, such amazing and talented doctors as Marie Curie could have never made great contributions to our society. Thus, gender equality at work can pave the way for the societys development/sustainable evolution In conclusion, both men and women should be encouraged to pursue their own passion and the government should put more efforts in creating a gender-fair environment/ promoting gender empowerment
