The judges decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 7. Incorrectly completed entries and entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid. 8. The prize will not be transferable to another person. 9. In the event a winner fails to claim the prize within the time limit or is otherwise disqualified from the draw, that prize will be withdrawn and the entry will be void. 10. We reserve the right to redraw the prize in the event that a winner cannot be contacted or is subsequently found not to have been entitled to win the prize. 11. No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize. 12. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value. 13. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier of the gift. A helicopter ride for two people will be arranged for within reasonable distance of the winners location.
