It is a pity, now they feel guilty for having contributed with their vote to the choice of Obama. For anyone who votes, at the end of the 4 years you will feel guilty. It is a pity that they do not realize that vote for the least worst does not exercise the right to vote, if you not vote you are saying these are not truly democratic elections. They must change the electoral system so that we have the possibility of choosing the best and not the least worst. The electoral system must be replaced ensuring that politicians work for the benefit of the country and not of political parties. The massive votes for a party in favour of or against a draft law, and the massive vote of the other opposite party matching or not with the first party, should be sufficient so that the proposal be rejected. There is in the major cases a dictatorial external force in unanimity. Lobbying should be an offence. Politicians must be on its own sensitive to the needs of the country and the progress of the system, without the lobbying. There should be a law that overrides as politicians to the demagogues. All political offers should be backed by a scientific, economic, ecological and sociological basis. Everything that today can be demonstrated. There must be a thorough and permanent investigation on the politicians by an independent power, on personal income, proceeds from election campaigns and their obligations of all laws. Political career must be of service to the country and not a lucrative career. Politicians must be subject to the same laws as the rest of the citizenry in every way: taxes, social security, retirement, health insurance, etc. You reader could possibly add other requirements to a citizen to be accepted as a politician, much more than personal qualities as beloved membership in his family and the systematically attend religious services.
