Some occultists believe that a pyramid model, if properly built, possesses supernatural powers.

Air inside the model becomes ionized, the razors get sharper if placed inside the model, you can get a deeper state of meditation if you meditate inside a pyramid-shaped shed or with a model on your head, as a hat. I won't be trying to justify or deny those claims but I'll tell you how you can make your own pyramid - just for fun. This make your own pyramid template is created with size variations in mind. Please don't print it as the drawing is not accurate and it is here for illustration purposes only. You will need a sheet of cardboard, a decent ruler, an angle-ruler of any kind and a pencil. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to make your own pyramid:

1. Create the guidelines first. See the dotted lines. Both should be exactly parallel to the sides of your sheet and form a 90 degree angle between them.

2. The measurements given in the illustration are in feet in actual size, i.e. the base of the Great Pyramid is 755 feet. Obviously, you should convert those measurements to fit within your sheet. For example, 7.55 inches instead of 755 feet. Don't convert the angles, though - they always stay the same regardless of how big is the pyramid. Where the guidelines cross, it's point number 1. Get a 58 degree angle on your angle ruler and draw a long line. Measure 14.38 inches on that long line from point 1 and create the point 2.

3. Now, measure 7.55 inches (or whatever your size) along the guideline and create the point 3.

4. Measure a 58 degree angle in the opposite direction and in a similar manner to 2., create the point 4. Now you have also created the point 6, which is on the "crossroads" of line 1-2 and 3-4.

5. Measure another 58 degree angle from point 3 and draw a long line.

6. Measure another 58 degree angle from point 2 in the opposite direction and draw a good long line.

7. Where those two lines cross, you've created point 5.

8. Join the points 6 and 5.

9. Draw a glue tab along the side 4-6 as show in the illustration.

10. Cut it out, bend along all the lines that you've drawn, put a good dollop of glue on the glue tab and stick the thing together.

Voila! That's how you make your own pyramid.
