One of the thrust of the School of Law Enforcement Administration is to expose our CIP Interns to different activities our fireman are tasked to perform. This is true not only in administrative matters but in safeguarding lives and properties and the maintenance of peace and order as well.

Towards this end, we would like to request your good office to please accommodate our interns for the upcoming activity on August 11, 2012 which is the Water Survival Techniques.

We solicit then your support and participation in imparting skills and knowledge needed in the field of Fire Bureau and Protection, and share to them the knowledge and skills regarding the activity which will further help them to improve the importance of such activity.

The said event will be a seminar and awarding of certificates to Criminology Interns who completed their internship and those who excelled in different fields. We invited the heads of the law enforcement agencies where the interns were deployed. IN this regard, may I request for funding to cover the following expenses. The Criminology Interns of the School of Law Enforcement Administration is planning to re schedule the Water Survival and Rappelling on August 20, 2012 (Monday) and Rappelling and Basic Firefighting on August 21, 2012 (Tuesday) because of the cancellation of said activities before due to the unexpected typhoons who entered the Philippine territory. These activities will greatly enhance and develop the skills and capabilities of our Interns in which they could use it in times of need. Towards this end we solicit again your support and participation in imparting skills and knowledge in the Field of Bureau and Protection. We would be glad hearing a positive response on our request.

Dear Sir, Greetings of Peace and Love! The annual Interns Night marks the end of the Criminology internship Program and a requirement for the point system of grade in CRIPO2. Moreover, it also serves as the last get-together of the Interns whove been through a lot of sacrifices and struggles making them united and take care of each other as siblings. However, behind all of these objectives of the said event, the real meaning is to thank our parents who were the source of strength and inspiration for the interns to beat all the challenges encountered during their stay in the University. The real big names of the event are the parents who never stopped believing and loving the interns despite all of that unpleasant experience given to them. Also, this is the last time to give thanks to the teachers whove been their second parent during their stay and who give their time and effort in molding them and building their character to be better individuals. The undersigned Criminology Interns violated policies outraging the name of the school and the department. As a result, they were suspended and barred from attending the memorable event of their college life. We know that the consequences of our action are punishment for us and will serve as our lessons as well as to the other students so the said violation will not take place again. Thank you also for hearing our side and giving us our due. However, may we pray for a consideration that we will not be barred from attending the Interns Night on September 19, 2012 at 2:00PM at the UB Square Hall? The said event will not be for us but for our parents who stayed beside us during the time of happiness and sadness in our life. We would like to at least give them a little bit of joy that their little child is about to finish another step of his/her life. This is the only gift we would be giving them because we wont be able to attend the graduation rights this coming October 2012. Furthermore, this will be the last time that we will be with our Class Buklod-Diwa 2012 buddies who were our comrades during our journey.
