From the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh Lr.No.X4/966/2011 Dt.11.11.2011. 3. The Secretary, APPSC Hyderabad Lr.No.1531/RT/2/2012 Dated 23.8.2012. 4. From the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Special Chief Secretary, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad Lr.No.X3/966/2011 Dt.6.9.2012. ******* O R D E R: In the representation 1st read above, Smt. Poojari Manimala W/o. Late Poojari Manikyam Hanamkonda, Warangal District has represented that her husband Sri Poojari Manikyam (Keerthi Chakra Awardee), was killed by naxalites on 20.4.1995 and requested the Government to provide employment on compassionate grounds to her son Sri P.Kiran Kumar as Deputy Tahsildar in Revenue Department or Assistant Section Officer in Secretariat duly relaxing the rules. 2. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Special Chief Secretary, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in his letter 2nd & 4th read above has reported that Sri Pujari Manikyam S/o. Venkatanarsaiah, aged (50) years, Caste BC-B Peruka Community R/o. Thimmampet village of Mangapet Mandal of Warangal District was killed by extremists on 20.4.1995. Sri P.Kiran Kumar, S/o. Late P.Manikyam possessed B.Tech Degree from J.N.T.U. and he is (31) years old and he belongs to Perika caste, and in accordance with rule 5 of APRS & SS Rules Sri P.Kiran Kumar possessed the required qualifications for appointment as Deputy Tahsildar under Direct Recruitment. 3. The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission when consulted for their concurrence for appointment of Sri P.Kiran Kumar, S/o. Late Sri P.Maikyam as Deputy Tahsildar in Revenue Department under direct recruitment quota on compassionate grounds in relaxation of relevant rules, has in its letter 3 rd read above accorded concurrence for appointment of Sri P.Kiran Kumar as Deputy Tahsildar in relaxation of rules. 4. Government after careful examination of the matter and in exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 31 of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Services Rules, 1996 hereby relax relevant rules to appoint Sri P.Kiran Kumar S/o. Late Sri P.Manikyam R/o.Thimmampeta Village of Mangapet Mandal of Warangal District in the category of Deputy Tahsildar against a Direct Recruitment vacancy. ( P.T.O.)
