Type MINIFILL Use - This appliance is designed for loading powdery products in barrels or drums, while its limited size allows use in small spaces. - Like loading bellows for handling large flow rates, this appliance is also provided with double bellows made of Neoprene-Hypalon, making it possible to increase the efficacy of suction of volatile dusts. - Depending on the use, the MINIFILL, can be made of iron or AISI. - This machine is operated by means of two pneumatic cylinders.

Typ MINIFILL Gebrauch - Das Gert dient zum Abfllen pulverfrmiger Schttgter in Fsser oder Tonnen. Die kompakten Einbaumae ermglichen den Einsatz auch bei beengten Platzverhltnissen. - Wie bei den Verladegarnituren fr groe Durchstazmengen ist auch dieses Gert mit Doppelbalg aus Neopren-Hypalon ausgestattet, wodurch die Wirksamkeit der Staubabsaugung erhht wird. - Entsprechend den Betriebsbedingungen ist MINIFILL aus Normal- oder Edelstahl lieferbar. - Die Bettigung dieses Gerts erfolgt durch zwei pneumatische Zylinder.

Type MINIFILL Utilisation - Conu pour le chargement de produits pulvrulents en fts et en bidons, la machine est particulirement compacte et peut tre utilise mme dans des espaces rduits. - Comme pour les dchargeurs tlescopiques grand dbit, mme cette version est dote dun double soufflet en No prne-Hypalon , permettant daugmenter lefficacit de laspiration des poudres volatiles. - En fonction des caractristiques dutilisation, MINIFILL peut tre ralis en Fer ou en AISI. - Lactionnement de cette machine est obtenu par deux vrins pneumatiques. Tipo MINIFILL Funzione duso - E concepito per il carico di prodotti polverulenti in fusti e bidoni, mentre le dimensioni contenute ne permettono lutilizzo anche quando ci si trova in condizioni di spazio ridotto. - Cos come per gli scaricatori telescopici per grandi portate, anche questo dotato di doppio soffietto in Neoprene-Hypalon, permettendo di aumentarne lefficacia dellaspirazione delle polveri volatili. - MINIFILL, in funzione delle caratteristiche dimpiego, pu essere realizzato in Ferro oppure in AISI. - Lazionamento di tale macchina realizzato mediante due cilindri pneumatici. 1 Head It is provided with stud bolts for connecting the loader to an existing flange. 2 Tubes for filter A filter can be applied for removing the air saturated with dust, from the space between the two bellows. If a filter is not applied, remember that the tubes must not be plugged, as this will cause poor working of the loader. 3 Pneumatic cylinders These are used for lowering the bellows so that the end is connected to the barrel or drum to be filled. 4 Outer bellows Protects the inner bellows from possible damage. 5 Inner bellows The product falls into these bellows to reach the inlet spout of the barrel or drum. 6 End piece When positioned on the container opening, it prevents dust from leaking out. 7 Solenoid valve Controls the movement of the pneumatic cylinders.

Ist kein Filter vorgesehen, beachten, dass die Rohre nicht verschlossen werden drfen, da dies eine Ursache fr einen mangelhaften Betrieb der Verladegarnitur darstellen knnte. 3 Pneumatische Zylinder Dienen zum Absenken der Blge bis zur Auflage des Aufsatzkonusses auf den zu befllenden Tonnen oder Fssern. 4 uerer Balg Schtzt den inneren Balg vor Beschdigungen. 5 Innerer Balg Im Inneren dieses Balgs fllt das Produkt bis zur Einfllffnung der Tonne oder des Fasses herunter. 6 Aufsatzkonus Wenn er auf der Einfllffnung des Fases oder der Tonne aufliegt, kann kein Staub austreten. 7 Magnetventil Kontrolliert den Betrieb der pneumatischen Zylinder.

Si le filtre nest pas mont il faut se rappeler de ne pas boucher les tubes : ceci pourrait tre la cause dun mauvais fonctionnement du dchargeur. 3 Vrins pneumatiques Ils servent abaisser les soufflets jusqu laccouplement de lembout avec le bidon ou le ft remplir. 4 Soufflet extrieur Il protge le soufflet intrieur contre les dgts possibles. 5 Soufflet intrieur Le produit tombe lintrieur de ce soufflet jusqu la bouche de chargement du bidon ou du ft. 6 Embout Une fois appuy sur la bouche dentre du rcipient il vite la sortie de poussires. 7 Electrovanne Elle contrle le mouvement des vrins pneumatiques.

Se altrimenti non si applica un filtro si deve ricordare che i tubi non vanno tappati: potrebbe essere causa di un cattivo funzionamento dello scaricatore. 3 Cilindri pneumatici Servono per abbassare i soffietti fino allaccoppiamento del terminale con il bidone o fusto da riempire. 4 Soffietto esterno Protegge il soffietto interno da eventuali danneggiamenti. 5 Soffietto interno Il prodotto cade allinterno di questo soffietto fino alla bocca di carico del bidone o fusto. 6 Terminale Una volta appoggiato sullimbocco del recipiente evita la fuoriuscita di polveri. 7 Elettrovalvola Controlla il movimento dei cilindri pneumatici.
