It is therefore an offence to dispatch a policy or endorsement above the stated limits without forwarding it to the person occupying the office with the underwriting authority. Thatch Risk and any Inferior or Sub Standard Construction Risk All rating relating to thatch, inferior or sub standard construction risks is to be done by Underwriting Manager or in his absence the Assistant Manager Underwriting who will sign off the policy irrespective of the premium limit. In other words all policies and/or endorsements relating to thatch , inferior construction risks are to be signed by the Underwriting and Claims Manager. Schemes and Preferential Rating All rating relating to schemes and any preferential rates shall be referred to the Managing Director . Acknowledgement of Receipt I acknowledge receipt of a copy of these limits.
