Fog lamps FL/FE

Provide added visibility in fog or heavy snowfall, which increases safety. In fog or heavy snowfall, foglamps give the driver added visibility and also make it easier for oncoming traffic to see the truck. The 70 watt lamps are installed offset below the headlamps and are angled so they do not blind other road users.

Work and fifth-wheel lamps

Volvo working lamps cover a wide area of use. The pattern of light is sufficiently broad to provide good lighting over the whole of the platform, or the entire area around the fifthwheel coupling. The lens is bonded to the housing which is entirely weatherproof. The housing is manufactured of impact, scratch and corrosion-resistant black plastics. The built-in handle makes it easy to swivel the lamp for the best aim. Simple installation On FM/FH-trucks the work lamp is mounted to a bracket mounted on the roof rear edge. If more than one lamp is desired, use a roof rear arch where a rotating lamp can also be mounted. The cables are run through the roof via a separate rubber grommet.

Rotating lamps
Provide excellent all-round warning thanks to the patterned orange lens and the high output. Impactresistant. The reliable 4 W motor turns the lamp 160 revs per minute. Worm drive. Interference suppression. Satisfies safety norms according to IP 54 and Swedish TSV. On FM/FH-trucks the rotating lamp is mounted either on a roof rear arch where the work lamp can also be mounted, or on a roof front arch together with, e.g., an air horn, spot lamp, advertising sign. the cables are run through the roof via a separate rubber grommet.

Headlamp protector

The headlamp grille is designed to keep light intensity reduction to a minimum. For other auxiliary rectangular driving lamps, there is a stone-chip shield with larger meshing. For this unit there is also a protective cover which protects the headlamp from dirt and damage when not in use. Both are made of durable black plastic. Screws are supplied.
