REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

Know All Men By These Presents: I, ROGELIO JEBULAN, of legal age, widower, Filipino citizen and with postal address at Barangay Bactas, Basud, Camarines Norte, hereinafter referred to as the MORTGAGOR; and CONRADO E. CARILLO, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and with postal address at Barangay Lag-on, Daet, Camarines Norte, hereinafter referred to as the MORTGAGEE,

Witnesseth:
That the MORTGAGOR, is indebted unto the MORTGAGEE in the sum of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php25,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge and confessed, payable within a period of two (2) years from execution thereof. That for the and in consideration of said indebtedness, the MORTGAGOR does hereby convey and deliver by way of MORTGAGE unto the said MORTGAGEE and the latters heirs and assigns, the following realty together with all the improvements thereon and situated at San Roque, Mercedes, Camarines Norte: A parcel of land (Lot 1, Block 3 of the subdivision survey Psd-05-008375,being a portion (LRC) Psd-15506, situated in the Barrio of San Roque (Tabayagan), Municipality of Mercedes, Province of Camarines Norte, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2; by Lot 3; on the SE., along line 2-3, by Lot 2, all of Blk 3, on the SW., along line 3-4, by Road Lot 34, and on the W., & NW., along line 4-5-1; by Road Lot 4, all of Psd-05-008375. Containing an area of 142 square meters and covered by TCT NO. T-59784 of the Registry of Deeds of Camarines Norte.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that should the MORTGAGOR duly pay or cause to be paid unto the MORTGAGEE, or his heirs and assigns the said indebtedness of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND (Php25,000.00) Philippine Currency, within the agreed term, then this mortgage shall be discharged, and rendered of no force and effect, otherwise, it shall subsist and be subject to foreclosure in the manner and form provided by law.
