RESUMEN
ABSTRACT
The present work is the result of the study made in the tourist destiny sun and beach
of the Municipality Falcon and had like intention to evaluate the quality of the tourist
service in he himself. In order to obtain the objectives, they investigated the concepts
quality of the service, service and tourist destiny, as well as the different models that
are used in the marketing research of services to evaluate and to measure the
quality, standing out the servqual model, bases of this work. The used methodology
was of field with descriptive character and a design of type nonexperimental
transaccional. In this sense the services were identified that are lent in the destiny
and the elements that conform it, as well as, design the instrument, which was
validated by means of the delivery to three experts and it was applied in selected
beaches to the tourists who logke one night in the destiny sun and beach. For its
trustworthiness the coefficient was used Alpha of Cronbach, with result of 0,85.
Referring to the results, they were tabs and analyzed by means of statistical
processor SPSS. and with its valuation it was demonstrated that the quality of the
tourist service in the destiny sun and beach Municipality Falcon, was below its
minimum level of acceptance of all the necessities, exigencies and expectations you
legitimize with respect to products and services asked for by the tourists who visited
it during Easter 2007. Therefore the recommendations suggested by the investigator,
are that the governing organs of the tourism at level of the State Falcon could
establish policies of quality in the mentioned destiny to initiate a model of quality in
the tourist services like a competitive advantage of the sector, obtaining the pick up
of a greater number of tourists. Key words: tourist quality on watch, services, tourist
