Student will be able to: 1) apply the effective use of language arts skills (speaking, reading, writing and listening skills) in English 2) articulate wellstructured, clear and precise statements when speaking, reading and writing in English 3) organize logically reports/ essays/ presentations write with grammatical correctness, lexical variety, and attention to formal style

- Writing samples -Informal and formal writing assignments -Oral presentations (-Web-based written projects may also be used)

Pre-test 60% of the INGL3285 assessed sample will score INGL 3252 3pts or more in the proposed rubric for INGL 3291 assessment of writing and/or speaking skills. Post-test 80-90% of the assessed sample will score 3pts or more in the proposed rubric for assessment of writing and/ or speaking skills.
