Key Features TI’s INA270 (G = 14 V/V) and INA271 (G = 20 V/V) are two-stage, high-side current-shunt
• Wide common-mode voltage range monitors. They provide a wide common-mode voltage range (–16 to +80 V) that makes them
(–16 to +80 V) well-suited for automotive applications where protection against high-voltage transients and
• Supplies of 2.7 to 18 V battery reversal is required. Operating from supplies ranging from 2.7 to 18 V, they offer ±3%
• 120-dB CMRR maximum output error over the extended temperature range of –40 to +125°C.
• Offset voltage: 0.5 mV
With a common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 120 dB, the dynamics of common-mode voltages
• Total output error: ±3% maximum
