Sarah Austins Personal Code of Ethics Personal Statement of professional Values This statement outlines my personal values and

beliefs to be exercised at all times during my professional career. My values, stated within my Personal Code of Ethics, will serve as a daily guide for my behavior in any professional situation. I stand by my values, and recognize their importance to my professional career. Honesty No matter the situation, I will report nothing but the truth, whether I am answering to a coworker, manager, or when communication with the public or a client. I will perform each task to ensure its accuracy and truthfulness.

Commitment I will always remain committed to whatever task is at hand I will execute and finish each task to the best of my ability

Openness When listening to the ideas of others, I will always keep an open mind. I will welcome criticism made in a constructive manner that may help me improve my work. I will accept necessary changes that may be made within a company or within my job.

Excellence I will always go above and beyond when completing a task. New knowledge and information about the industry will be welcomed in order to continue my education and enhance my experience in the company or industry. I will always give attention to detail and look outside of the box in order to gather new ideas.

Curiosity New ideas and notion will always be questioned and analyzed with a discerning eye. I will seek new information in order to better myself within the industry.

Trustworthiness My boss/manager will always be able to trust me. My coworkers can trust me to always be a team player. My clients and the public can always trust me to deliver results in the best way possible.
