To define in the most comprehensive and clear way the concept of competitiveness of photovoltaics (PV). To deliver national roadmaps towards competitiveness to decision makers in the considered countries. To analyse existing policies and framework conditions that allow for the deployment of a photovoltaic market in the considered countries; to deliver recommendations to national decision makers on how such instruments should be improved and evolve before and after competitiveness is reached. To conduct cost/benefit analyses of the integration of photovoltaic electricity in the energy system and of possible exchange of photovoltaic electricity between Europe and mEna countries and to deliver recommendations to national and European stakeholders. deVeloPmenT of uTIlITY PRIces And PV geneRATIon cosTs /kWh

Simulation tool based on sensitivity analyses projecting roadmaps towards the achievement of PV competitiveness. Recommendations addressed to national policy makers on how existing policies for PV should evolve in the future. Cost/benefit analysis of PV investments.
