    The true owners of Viridian were convicted criminal Murray Huberfeld, his long time associates Meir Nordlicht, and David Bodner. Just like with Norcrown a bank in NJ and in which Huberfeld and Bodner were sanctioned by the FDIC for using family members to disguise their ownership, Viridian has used family members to hide their ownership in this company.  Huberfeld Nordlicht and Bodner have a long history of runs in with enforcement. They also control Platinum Partners a hedge fund in New York, which owns part of Glacial Energy. Glacial Energy was an undisclosed competitive affiliate of Viridian at the times of Viridian's applications.
