Dear Friend, Greetings from Christ Residency Association!!! We are happy to inform you the much awaited good news that we are going to complete our project soon. We have already re-started the second phase of the layout developmental works. Since first of July, we had a very hectic time to settle many things right. By the Grace of God and through the intercession of Blessed Virgin Mary, Blessed Kuriakose Elias Chavara, all the Saints and angels and with the committed efforts of many benevolent people all the crucial issues were solved and the project is running successfully to the final destination. At the very outset, we thank you for your patient waiting and good support. As you know we had taken a commitment of finishing the entire project within 18 months form first of July 2012. We are trying to materialize this promise without fail. A team of members started working at the completion of the project. As per the situation on 1-07-2012, we had excess land. However, the crucial issues were: 1. All the plots were not connected properly 2. Lack of necessary funds to re-start the developmental works So we decided to find some more investors who can invest more money into the project. By the Grace of God our attempt was successful and we could identify many loyal and committed investors to purchase the connection land and other developmental works. We were busy with this work for almost two months. While proceeding to purchase the connection land we came to know that the proposed land has many problems beyond our control. Then we had to look for other alternatives. It took strenuous efforts and the precious two months of time to get a feasible solution. To settle the issue soon we were forced to sell the land at Sithanaikanahalli at much cheaper rate than the prevalent land value of the place. It was really unfortunate and with heavy heart we have taken that difficult decision. As we could not find any other alternatives we were compelled to sell 20 acres of land at Sithanaikanahally. By relaying on the providence of God we proceeded with the decision and strongly believed that the Good Lord will guide us in getting some more acres of land at Alambady so that we will be in a position to make our dream one lay out for all the investors. So we had to purchase some more land. Again it absorbed another one month. We bought some more land and again came up the issue of a connection land of two acres. The negotiations took another two months of our precious time. At last we purchased that land on 30th November, 2012. Now we have sufficient land to complete our project. The Carmel Province, Muvattupuzha gave us a very positive helping hand by allowing us to take the risk of selling their land. Our sincere thanks to Carmel Province, Muvattupuzha, for their financial and moral support in solving these issues. 13 investors had requested for cancellation of their sites as per the promissory note given on 01-07-2012. Though we could not raise any amount from our project, we managed to fulfill our promise. As per our promise we have given back the amount to the claimants and gave a promissory note that the interest will be paid to them in due time. The same was done for ten of them and three of them decided to remain with CRA.

Nevertheless, we know that we could not keep our promise that we made on 01-07-2012. We are extremely sorry for that and please forgive the following mistakes. We could not give you regular feed-backs on the developments. We failed to give you the MOU in your name. We could not start the work till 05-12-2012. We were trying to solve the above mentioned problems and invested our full time, energy and concentration for a feasible way-out. Now, with confidence, we assure you that the project could be successfully completed in time. At present we are processing the necessary formalities to register the sites into your own name officially. We are at the threshold of the final bell. So kindly wait for some more time (may be few months) for the final registration. At this juncture, we are happy to inform you that the land developmental works started again on 07-12-2012 and please go through the photos. You can see the dignitaries and the members who were working together for the success of the project. With profound gratitude we remember each and every one of you for your patient waiting and continuous support. We gratefully acknowledge the good efforts of all the executive members of CRA. We sincerely thank Rev. Fr. Rector, Dharamaram College and Rev. Fr. Vicar, St. Thomas Parish, Bangalore for their constant advice and support to solve the issues successfully.
