Responsible for close collaboration with cooks to operate the dinner line. Responsible for the training of new employees in the operation and rules of the establishment. Carried out role as a Garde manger cook with emphasis on using fresh ingredients to create crisp, fresh, delicious salads and chilled appetizers. Saut cook responsible for the creation of hot, delicious, scratch-made sauted entrees. Responsible for locking and shutting down the kitchen on a daily basis with the collaboration of dishwashers and line cooks.
