Junior RF Engineer (February2009 to August2010) Pi Technologies Limited ( ZTE Wimax Network project Subcon, Banglalion ) Location: Road#30,House#441,Mohakhali New DOHS, Dhaka-1206.
WiMAX drive test with corresponding test/verification of Centre frequency & Preamble Index codes, coverage (BSID), signal strength (RSSI), quality (CINR), handover, throughput, loop back latency (ping), HTTP etc using XCAL-X and CNT. GSM Drive test with corresponding analysis of RxLev, RxQual, SQI, Handovers, TCH Drops and many other events in Radio Interface using TEMS investigation.

Projects
Banglalion Communication Limited RAN Optimization Project. February,05,2009 To May,07,2010 Verify azimuth & height of each sector. Perform drive test in idle mode to log & verify coverage (BSID), signal strength (RSSI), quality (CINR) for each sector following route plan for each sector. Perform functionality test (throughput, latency, HTTP etc) at points that meet defined criteria (e.g., CINR>20) for each sector. Check handover. Submit log files, antenna parameter verification report to analysis & optimization team. Perform post tuning drive test as required & submit log files to analysis & optimization team.

GSM Project:
Pre-Drive Test tools setup,Field data collection using Erricson TEMS Investigation Software 9.0,Post data analysis and report generation. Loss survey using path loss software 4.0 TMS 2006. Grameen Phone Ltd. Commissioning-VSWR Measurement, IDB Installation,cable length and delay measurement.
