As part of the Damin Group's growth plan, I was responsible for the initial business and marketing plan for establishing a separate entity that would handle fixed wing services for the Damin Group. Damin became the largest provider of Executive Class Helicopter Service in the U.S. and employed nearly 300 people with 30 aircraft and gross revenues of over 13 million dollars.
