In 1971, PALING Industries was established to produce uPVC pipes and fittings in Malaysia and through the years has expanded its wide range of products from pipes and fittings to sanitary products like plastic cisterns and other accessories for various applications in water and building industries. In 2001, PALING entered into a global partnership with the Etex Plastics Group, now known as Aliaxis, a world leader in plastic piping systems. With a reputation equally based on the same high principles of customer service, product excellence and technical innovation, a substantial investment program has taken place to support these common aims. It is not surprising then that the task of supplying the required pipes and fittings to mega projects such as KLCC (one of the tallest building in the world), KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport) and Putrajaya (the new Administrative Center of the Federal Government of Malaysia) was best awarded to the specialist who has the resources, expertise and experience to meet the intricate and challenging specification requirement.

SPECIFICATION

Cistern & Fittings

Paling cisterns are manufactured to BS 1125: 1987 and are tested and certified to conformity by SIRIM. All plastic parts and components are produced from high impact thermoplastics by injection moulding. Mechanical parts are made of engineering plastics to obtain high strength and wear resistance to ensure reliability in service. Superior surface finish and good dimensional stability. High resistance to chemical and environmental attacks. Cisterns are produced in standard white colour. Choice of other colours are available on special order. OSPREY & CANARY comply to DIN 3K 186/1, DIN 3K 187/1 & EN ISO. SWAN comply to EN ISO.

Toilet Seats & Covers

Injection moulded from polypropylene to comply with BS 1254 : 1981. Finished with smooth glossy surface and good dimensional stability. Tough and flexible profile provides maximum comfort to users. Designed to fit most common WC pans. Economical, ideal for installation in mass housing projects. Standard production is in white colour. Other colours are made to orders.

SWAN-Installation Instructions

Install WC Connector according to WC-bowl dimensions. Bend open metal fixtures on both sides of the elements.

Mount the element over WC Connector (click in the clamp).

Close the clamp.

Position the element and mark drill holes.

Move the element aside, drill holes, insert plugs and fix elements with screws.

Connect to water supply, insert and close covering plate.

Prepare element for bricklaying, insert protection caps and plaster guard, cover bolts with protection pipe and..

..Insert filling block.

Mount wall-hung WC after bricklaying plastering, tiling and filling joints.

Mount frame for operating panel adjust operating bolt.Pay attention to mounting advices.
