Well, the Bishops Visitaon of our Parish has come
and goneunl next me anyway! I think Bishop Bill
enjoyed his me here in ForsterTuncurry, meeng
everyone,havingachancetoexplorewhatwedoasa
community, and conrming the younger members of
ourcommunitylastSaturday.Iwouldliketothankall
those members of our parish community who
contributedtothearrangementsfortheBishopsme
withus,andinparcularGregByrnewhowentabove

A special menon too to those who were involved in


the preparaons for Conrmaon last Saturday, a
preparaon what was not only focussed on last
weekend but had extended across the last several
months. I would especially like to thank Genevieve
Williamson,theacngRECatHolyNameSchool,who
took on the extra task of being part of our
Sacramental Team along with Liz Teasey, Greg and
LauranneByrne.

Again,mythankstothosemembersofthecommunity
whohavebeenpreparedtocontributetotheissueon
which I have invited comment. Although I may not
have responded to each individual contribuon,
please be assured that I take the contribuons
seriously and will form part of the reecon process
beforeadecisionismade.

has been part of our community for some me today

Marion Presco to our community of faith. Marion is
already a bapsed Chrisan and has been preparing
forReceponintotheFullCommunionoftheCatholic
Church. Marion has found strength in Gods grace,
andsupportinourcommunitysprayersandexample.

Marion has been faithful to the Holy Spirit in her life,


wherever it has lead her, and has a strong familiarity
withtheScripturesandremainsopentotheguidance
of the Holy Spirit. The RCIA Team have been grateful
for her example of faith and her willingness to walk
thejourney.

prepares for her Recepon into Full Communion, her

Jusce Statement is entled: The Gi of Family in
Dicult Times: The social and economic challenges
facing families today.

My me in Cambodia will wind up in early August. I
am very grateful for the me I have spent here,
nonetheless, I will return early August, have some
catch up me with family, some rest me, then I
imagine I will be posted to some parish work
somewhereinthediocese.

My me in Cambodia will ensure that part of my


future ministry will be giving ongoing support to the
courageousandgenerousmissionarieshere.Iwanted
to pass on this message, given then generous fund
made available for me to distribute to various works
andprojectshere(weekbeforelast,Igave$600tothe
four priests who live and minister in the Baambong
regioninthenorthofthecountry).

visit to the coast for the graduang senior class here.

2012 Conference in Sydney. As adversed in our
