How would you describe yourself? Tell me about yourself ?

ANS) I am good at using judgment and logic in solving problem.[be prepared with eg:]. Efficient in working alone or any size of team. I perform best when i get some independent module within team. Strong technically and good team player. 2. Why do you want to leave present company? I am not actively looking out for new opportunities. I just happened to speak to one friend who works for your company/read details on your website and came to know about some interesting work happening in field of XYZ. In addition to this I am aware that your company has strong presence in various domains and has lot of projects, this will give me more options to learn new things. 3. What do you see yourself doing five years from now? Ten years from now? I have worked with several technologies so far and would be interested in learning more. I believe I would be playing role of senior technology architect or execute some important assignment. 4. How well do you work with people? Do you prefer working alone or in teams? I like both the things. But its always great to have independent module on your list and at the same time keep in touch with whole team to share knowledge and best practices. 5. Have you ever had difficulty with a supervisor? How did you resolve the conflict? I never had any conflicts outside of technology. Strengths: taking responsibilities. good team player. work proactively under stressed situation weakness: sometimes i take time to decide priority of items at work, in such situation i prefer to discuss tings with my manager etc 7 How would a good friend describe you? 12. Do you consider yourself a leader? Yes. Although I never had title of "Team Lead" but I have always taken initiative do solve work related issues and make sure that everyone in team is happy.

Most of the time we had good planning, except for few situations when some employee was quiting and all of sudden the work load increased. I had to undergo series of k.t sessions in short period of time. 14. Do you have plans for continued study? An advanced degree? I would love to do Management studies but after few years, at this point of time I am more inclined to learn more into technology and become strong technology contributor. 15. In what kind of work environment are you most comfortable? Well I dont think I have much issues in adapting to new environment.
