ANS) I am good at using judgment and logic in solving problem.[be prepared with eg:]. Efficient in working alone or any size of team. I perform best when i get some independent module within team. Strong technically and good team player. 2. Why do you want to leave present company? I am not actively looking out for new opportunities. I just happened to speak to one friend who works for your company/read details on your website and came to know about some interesting work happening in field of XYZ. In addition to this I am aware that your company has strong presence in various domains and has lot of projects, this will give me more options to learn new things. 3. What do you see yourself doing five years from now? Ten years from now? I have worked with several technologies so far and would be interested in learning more. I believe I would be playing role of senior technology architect or execute some important assignment. 4. How well do you work with people? Do you prefer working alone or in teams? I like both the things. But its always great to have independent module on your list and at the same time keep in touch with whole team to share knowledge and best practices. 5. Most of the time we had good planning, except for few situations when some employee was quiting and all of sudden the work load increased.
