Producing the best dough is the first part of the making the best
pizza. The 'Spiral Hook' design mixer has long been considered the
best for this type of Dough. Firstly because it has a gentle folding
action that closely mimics the traditional hand made action.
Secondly because pizza dough is particularly tough (normally due
to the high protein content) this can cause problems in other types
of mixers. Removable bowl version with lift up head is also

Designed for Hot Food storage and service. Fitted with force air
heating and re-circulation which gives energy saving, faster heat
up times, quicker heat recovery and even distribution of heat.
Static units have Stainless Steel legs, mobile units fitted with
handles at both ends and four all swivel castors, two with
brakes. The Bains Marie units are controlled at 80-90

Wall Bench/Centre Table/Cupboard Units
Tops are manufactured from stainless steel (grade 304) and are turned down 50mm front and both ends with 40 mm upstand and
boxed edge to rear in Wall bench. Centre table turned down all around. The corners are welded and the whole top is polished with a
satin finish for maximum hygiene. The underside of the top is fitted with 30 x 30 x 1.2 mm stainless steel box, and is also sound
deadened and sealed for ultimate hygiene. The wall bench is supported on stainless steel legs fitted with adjustable feet to
compensate for uneven floors. With 4 legs on wall benchs up to 2100mm long and 6 on wall benchs over 2100mm long. A full
length stainless steel shelf completes the understructure. Standard height of units is 900mm floor level to working surface.

conveyors. Trak HUPFER Tray Clearing Systems are supplied to any catering operation with throughputs from 100 covers upwards.
They are suitable for establishments such as hospitals, schools, motorway services stations, prisons, financial institutions, restaurants,

The new self venting counter top fryers means no need for expensive
hoods and vents (check local requirements, restrictions vary). They are
easy to use with anyone of any 10 pre-set temperature and time
combinations to be recalled at the touch of a button, assuring

autolift and all parts are removable for easy cleaning. It even has a

Stone Hearth Ovens
Wood Stone make traditional Stone Hearth ovens in four
sizes with cooking surfaces ranging from 9 sq ft to 31 sq
ft. Each size is available as wood-fired, gas-fired or a
combination of both. The radiant flame only gas oven
utilises a radiant flame burner to heat the stone hearth.
The dual temperature gas configuration combines a radiant
flame gas burner with an under floor infra-red gas burner,
ensuring consistent deck temperatures and powerful floor
temperature management capabilities. The wood version
uses a dry hard wood fire inside the oven, providing all the
heat needed for heating the stone hearth.
s The Wood Stone oven comes ready built and cured for
immediate use
s The special deck is made up of the single cast smooth
surface for easy loading 4 thick
s Highly insulated, only 1 air gap between oven and
combustible surface
