The Contractor shall provide all necessary Personal Protection Equipments (PPE : Safety Helmet, shoes, reflective jackets etc The rate for all demolishing and dismantling to include carting and disposal of the debris outside the site The rate for all demolition ,dismantling , removing & disposal should be with due consideration on scrap/ salvage value Cost to include necessary scaffolding wherever required Use wall cutter / breaker in place of hand tools
