ABOUT MACEDINIAN WINEYARDS Macedonia is the driest area of Balkan Peninsula with a total annual temperature of 5300C - 5500C

and rainfall of 500-600 liters per square meter. The maximum daily temperature during July and August is regularly around 40C. With a deep plowing layer, the rich soils supply the grapes with a constant supply of water. Gentile North winds provide a natural protection from cryptogrammic diseases.

PREMIUM Winery was established as a result of family tradition, respect for wine and grapevine. Our mission is to maintain the link between nature and mankind through the nectar of the gods.Located in Kumanovo, R.Macedonia. Winery capacity of 1 000,000 lit. annually, most modern equipment for processing and maturation of wines and carefully selected grapes from the Macedonia wine region, our winery allows high quality and enjoy every drop of wine . The fusion of tradition and science is an ideal combination which our enologists have turned into perfection. Excellent balanced wines, sort characteristics, fruit tones and love devoted deserve your attention. Any inside our bottle contains only wine, but brings together a thousand caresses, mood swings, reaching the limits of mind, years of hard work, passing of seasons and patiently waiting for the final goal.

Our wines are produced from grapes picked from selected vineyards that are not irrigated and use environmentally friendly vineyard practices. This, coupled with carefully controlled fermentation and modern production equipment, make these wines among the most exclusive and highly valued wines in the Republic of Macedonia. The white wines produced by our winery are Rhein Riesling and Chardonnay, and the red wines are varietals Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Vranec.

OUR WINES

Chardonnay is a quality dry white wine with an intense transparent golden-yellow colour and an aroma of grapefruit, pineapple, banana and melon. It is a full-bodied wine with a lingering and elegantly crisp finish. Ideal serving temperatures are between 10 and 12C.

Riesling is a quality dry white wine with a brilliant bright yellow colour and a fresh citrus-flowery aroma with nuances of honey. It has a fruity taste and light body with a characteristic freshness and a lingering dry finish. Ideal serving temperatures are between 10 and 12C.

Wines made from the red Vranec grape are the most popular indigenous wines of Macedonia. The Vranec is a dry red wine with deep red color,red fruit and berries dominate the intense nose. Subtle, round and full, this wine is balanced with a firm structure and the typical variatial jam like flavors. Served with the entire range of the countrys varied cuisine from tomato-based salads and grilled meat to aged cheese. The wine should be served at 15-17C.

The Cabernet Sauvignon Is a quality red wine with a brilliant ruby color. This highly aromatic wine has notes of herbs, blackberry and cherries. The Cabernet Sauvignon goes well with game, pork cutlets, lamb, grilled meats, and is excellent with hard cheeses. The wine should be served at 15-17C.

The Varietal Merlot is a dry red wine with a strong intense purple color that hints of the youth and deep character of the wine. The nose is alive with tones of cherries, berries, roses, and plumbs. Its taste is full and rich, with ample tannin. Merlot complements everything from green vegetables to pork. The wine should be served at 15-17C.
