February 21 2010 Eric Murphy Client Liaison Officer Information Commissioner's Office has now been provided my complaint against the RCMP Access to Information Institute by Fax as he requested and as he informed I could because the RCMP were over the 60 day time limit provided in the Access to Freedom Act to provide a copy of the RCMP Staff Sgt. R.B. MacAdam NCO i/c File # 1355445 (THE REPORT) Access to Information File # GA-3952-3-05081/09 assigned to my request received by them November 6 2009 that Sgt. Kent Swim assigned to deal with it acknowledged receipt November 16 2009 requesting information that I had already provided.
