Whenever planets in transit form conjunctions amongst themselves, the happenings occur depending upon their functional nature in connection with the house with reference to a particular ascendant. The transit effects are to be seen with reference to the natal ascendant, and not with reference to the natal Moon sign. The sub period lord sets the trends. However, transit effects as mentioned above can supersede the trend results of the sub period lord and create significant events. The malefic effects of slow moving planets when functional malefics i.e. Jupiter, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu are more pronounced when during the course of their close conjunctions/aspects, they become stationary, or move more slowly as compared to their normal speed. During the main periods of the functional benefic planets, benefic transit effects are more pronounced,

while malefic transit effects are mild. Similarly, during the main periods of functional malefics, the benefic transit effects are mild while the malefic transit effects are more severe. Whenever, the transit planets - both the functional benefic planets and the functional malefic planets transit over the natal functional malefic planets, the significations ruled by the transiting planets suffer badly. The various planets rule the following type of significations: The general significations of the planets. For example, the Sun rules father, heart, relations with the government; and Jupiter rules the progenic matters, son, higher studies, liver, etc. The significations of the house where the mooltrikona sign of the concerned planet is placed. The significations of the house in which the concerned planet is located. Whenever, a transiting functional malefic planet transits the most effective point, it affects both the houses in which it is located and the houses which it aspects. HOW TO ANALYZE A CHART To start the analysis of a chart: Note the Ascendant degree, which becomes the Most Effective Point of every house. Underline the functional malefic planets. Identify the conjunctions and aspects within a five-degree orb from each other. Put a circle around the planets and house that are afflicted due to the close influence of the functional malefic planets. Note the weak, badly placed, and afflicted planets, and/or the sub period of the functional malefic planets (for trend results).

Problems are always with regard to the weak, badly placed and afflicted planets and/ or the sub periods of the functional malefics. Short-term problems are indicated by the malefic transit over the weak natal planets. Good results are identified for the significations of the well placed strong planets having good and close conjunctions/aspects. A functional benefic planet becomes weak if placed in any of the dusthana houses (6 , 8 , or 12 ). However, if it is in the eighth house, near the most effective point, then despite weakness it is good, as it aspects the most effective point of the second house. The systems' approach always considers the strength or weakness of the planet that is placed in the mooltrikona sign of another planet. The detailed analysis can only be made from an individual's horoscope for his/her own self only and general indications for spouse, children, parents, elder and younger coborns and friends. According to Vedic Astrology all Grahas are divided into two classes: auspicious planets and inauspicious planets. Auspicious planets give us auspicious results. They are Moon, Mercury, Jupiter and Venus. Inauspicious planets give bad results to the native. They are Sun, Mars, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu. We often think that why they are called inauspicious planets even though sometimes they give good results. We will see it one after one. If Sun is in the Aries, Mars is in Capricorn, Saturn is in the Libra, Rahu is placed in the Gemini and Ketu is placed in the Sagittarius, then they are known as dignified or glorious planets. According to the principles of astrology, if a planet is high in the horoscope then it is considered as an auspicious planet. Therefore, these planets are not malefic if they are placed in these positions. EFFECTS OF WEAK OR INAUSPECIOUS PLANETS

The weak Sun in horoscope causes laziness in body, pain in movement, extreme saliva in the mouth and unanticipated problems created by government department. REMEDIES Eat some sweets, and drink some water before going out and beginning of any auspicious work. Donate jiggery, copper, and wheat. Immerse copper coin in the flowing water of a river or a pond. The planets which are placed in the weak house in your birth-chart can be called malefic planets or angry planets. Sometime Auspicious planets give inauspicious results like if Moon is placed in Scorpio, Mercury in the Pisces sign, and Jupiter in the sign Capricorn and Venus in Virgo and then they are considered as malefic planets or mild planets, instead of auspicious planets. For example If Venus is placed in the sign Virgo, then it is called as the weak planet. The person having this position in his birthchart may not enjoy material pleasures. REMEDIES Donate cows. Before taking food keep some food for the cows or donate food for the cows. Donate Ghee, camphor, curd, and white pearl in the temple. Wear neat and clean cloths. Wear diamond ring in next to little finger. If Jupiter is placed in Ninth House, due to its effect one may be bad-mannered to his father, gurus, and saints, a nonbeliever even not hesitate to cut the Peepal tree. In this situation, when that person does all wrong things, the auspicious effects of Jupiter Planet gets abolished and due to inauspicious effects of Jupiter he can face problems like hair fall, addiction of wearing rosaries in neck, obstacles in the education, theft of the gold, selling or lost and defame etc. REMEDIES Serve Peepal tree and water it every day. Donate Saffron, turmeric, gram dal, gold and any yellow object in the temple. Apply tilak of kesar or yellow chandan on forehead, tongue, and naval. Feed cows with Gram dal.

The weak Moon in the horoscope causes loss or death of horse or milk giving animals in the home, mothers health, and heart diseases. REMEDIES Silver should be immersed in the flowing water. Keep a pot full of milk or water near the bed (head side) while sleeping and the next morning throw this water or milk into the roots of the kikar tree. Keep silver, rice and water always with you. If you have malefic Moon in your horoscope, do not drink milk in the night and donate milk in the Bhiaro temple.
