Seraj Akram Delhi me ijtemayi rape ke mujrim ko fansi dene ki mang Qanun sakht hona to zaruri he lekin kya sirf qanun se rape ki wardat ruk jayegi agar mahaul aur insan ke rawayye me tabdili na ho? Unaan ki rajdhani Athens me 3 lakh muslim ke liye ek bhi masjid nahi apni apni masjidon se Muslim ko fursat mile tab na soche ke kahan kahan masjidon ki zarurat he aur is se kis tarah behtar fayeda uthaya ja sakta he. Hindustan ke amir tareen logo me se ek Ratan Tata sirf 3 kamron ke makan me rahte hain. ise kahte hain saadgi me bhi qayamat ka asar hota he, amir muslim kitni sadgi se dur hain unko Ratan Tata se sabaq lena chahie. America ke ek school me goli bari se 26 logo ki maut maarne wale ke mazhab pe kisi ne anguli nahi uthai lekin agar maarne wala muslim hota to Islam ke khilaf awaz uthna shrou ho jata. Ek muslim mulk me national day manane ke mauqe par patakhon par 15 million dollar kharch kiya gaya unhe un afatzadah muslim (Africa, Assam, Burma) se kya rishta jo in fazul kharchi ki bajaye unki madad me kharch karen. Modi chauthi baar chief minister ban gaye yahan kitni bhi bahumat mil jaye aur kitni bar chief minister ban jaye lekin jo zulm isne kiya hai uski saza to ek na ek din milna hi hai. Alwida 2012, khush amdid 2013 naya sal ke mauqe par jashn ke bajaye kya insan ko pichhle sal kiya gaya kam ka jayeza aur agle sal ke liye mansuba banana zyadah zaruri nahi. Hindustani hukumat ne aatankwad ke khilaf TADA se bhi sakht qanun banaya abhi muslim apne hi dhun me mast hain, aur jab is qanun ka galat istemal inke khilaf hoga to phir shor karengay jab bahut se log iske shikar ho chuke honge. Mulayam ne Muslim ko reservation dene ka shagufa chhora aur isko agale election tak zinda rakha jayega, phir ise kisi baste me dal diya jaega, muslim ka vote lene ke baad. Bakhabar
There are no rapes in Bastar. There is also no police in Bastar. In cities, there is the police. In cities, rape occurs daily. It is thus clear that the police cannot prevent rape. Only a society can. There is a society in Bastar. This society inspects everything that takes place inside Bastar. There, nobody acts against the decorum of the society. We have erected large businesses. We have also erected factories, offices, shops in large numbers. The worker and clerk come to work, and settle in a new space. That's how large cities are born. Different people, different cultures Different economical statuses The inter-mingling and interaction has almost died down All that remains are individual individuals That have no society of their own, to call their own Only my needs, and my individual strife for them That's how we began to crumble, crumb by crumb And life became limited to the individual and just the family Interactions with each other became only financial No economical gains? Then no need for relationships After all, we came to city to get lucky, to make money Now there are just two things to do To earn money, and to spend money We have almost become machines Work with the head bowed down Earn eat earn eat Earn eat earn eat What kind of a culture with machines? What of dignity then? What of loss of dignity then? But the show's not over my friend When all of our villages All of our farmlands All of our forests Fall into the hands Of these rich profit-mongers When in the hope of a job we'd let go Our villages farmlands forests into such hands And head to the cities Then they will plough with these machines They will operate factories with these machines Then we'd be left with no village, no job Hunger will spread then Humans will only be a handful of meat Which would have no price And a woman's dignity will be A forgotten word, a relic of the past This is only the beginning Of this un-society-ing Halt it, if you can.

New-year trash, oops bash! is to come. Despite the hype of Delhi Rape case incident; you'll see many girls coming out on 31st Night and many potential Rapists sitting in ambush to exploit them will be seen. It's not necessary that they Rape girls forcefully, but they get what they want by getting them under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs. I don't say simply giving benefit of doubt, but every year the new-year bash in Bangalore and Mumbai gives so much of trash that the following morning sees lots of empty boozed bottles.

Our taxi stopped at a signal while returning from Makka today. A huge black GMC went past us and stopped a little further. Suddenly the glass rolled down a little, and a hand signal was made to a menial job-worker passing by (he could be from India or Pakistan or Bangladesh). The man came walking, the hand (which could only be seen) gave out some money to him. And the glass rolled up. All we could see is just a hand, not the person who was doing charity. There are amazing people in Saudi, however there are many such around the world too. But these incidents are common here. The significance of doing charity should be inculcated from the childhood itself. Last week, I saw my brother-in-law, Abdus-Salaam Yadav, making his children give charity to a begging woman. But the most important part is: the charity should be given only for ALLAH's sake, that shall surely act as expiation of sins, without SHOWING OFF!
Its so bad to know that the victim of Delhi Rape incident died in Singapore after battling for life, while the culprits are still alive. I am afraid that violence against Women will continue further if culprits are not taken to task. More such incidents shall take place and living in such a society will become hell for Women. However, I tell this with disappointment; the justice delayed is justice denied. When the Rapists of 2002 Gujarat riots and 1984 Sikh riots could not be given capital punishment, where thousands of Daminis were raped; how can we expect the Rapists of Delhi incident to be punished? We are yet to see those days in our country where Rapists will be given capital death punishment, which deters the men who are infected with the disease of oppressing women through Rape. Also, we are yet to see those days in our country which shall make it a safe place to live, where women can feel safe in terms of her modesty and honor. A society where man becomes protector of woman, regarding her as Queen, serving her by keeping her modestly dressed, not allowing her to drive herself alone and not letting her go out alone; serving her always being her support and body-guard. *Man for Woman is her husband, brother, father and son. A woman should have 4 body-guards. Boy friends are not in the list. :)
On Thursday night, my friends and I (all appear Mutawwas with Beards) were standing outside a restaurant discussing about common matters. We saw a beautiful little kitten wandering around us, it was in a playful mood jumping and playing with flying insects. As we were busy in discussion, all of a sudden a car went over its head, smashing it right then. The beautiful little kitten was choking and writhing as it died on the spot. The writhing of the kitten is still in our minds and gives goosebumps. Later, I wondered, the Armed-forces of so-called Advanced nations who bomb and kill innocent people especially children of Palestine and Syria. The children who are innocent to the corruption of the World, the children who were playing with each other and suddenly Bombs fell on them. Any person witnessing the death of an insignificant kitten feels disturbed and bothered, but why are we so inattentive toward the killing of so many beautiful children across the globe? Moreover, Do these Oppressors not have heart? Or are they just inhuman Beasts?

Hajj subsidy
On May 12, 2012 newspapers were covered with headlines that Supreme Court has ordered government to remove subsidy from Hajj in 10 years time. Some political communal forces tried to misapprehend this verdict, and excelled their victory which by ambsace to them nobody cared or reacted. When people provoke and you dont react, this urinates than chillies. This issue initiated when in TIRUVANANTHAPURAM in 2005, Francis Albert (Latin Catholic) filed petition in court seeking subsidy of government for visit at pilgrimages located abroad. He mentioned in petition that being Christian they need subsidy to visit holy places like Vatican, Israil, which considered holy shrines. RSS supervene unwelcomed and welcomed the Supreme Court ruling asking the government to phase out Hajj subsidy to Muslim pilgrims and maintained that such "competitive political stunts" should be stopped immediately as it goes against the secular tenets of the country. "To begin with, it was an unwise decision to bestow favours on one community in a nation that is pledged to treating all religions equal," Lets go through religious book and hadith about hajj pilgrimage: Allah Almighty says,in Quran (book on hajj) "Hajj to the House is a duty owed to Allah by all mankind those who can find a way to do it. But if anyone rejects, Allah is Rich beyond need of any being." (3:97) It is clearly instructed in book by Allah, that when you are capable to meet expenses of journey, expenses of foods and other important requirements, expenses of accommodation, not prohibited by doctors for journey, sufficient arrangement at home for spouse to meet their needs in absent, then its obligatory for you to go on hajj once in life. As below below hadith of prophet (pbuh), you should not plan any journey on basis of chances or you need to depend on others for your foods. Narrated Ibn `Abbas: The people of Yemen used to come for Hajj and used not to bring enough provisions with them and used to say that they depend on Allah. On their arrival in Medina they used to beg the people, and so Allah revealed, "And take a provision (with you) for the journey, but the best provision is the fear of Allah." (2.197). In another hadith Prophet (pbuh) says: "O people! Hajj (pilgrimage to the House of Allah) has been made incumbent upon you, so perform Hajj.'' Hajj made obligatory for those Muslims who are capable to meet expenses, and dont have to borrow money for any in rout expenses or dont have to take assistance for journey. So why and when this Hajj subsidy introduced? Indian government announced in 1973 that sea journey abolished for Hajj pilgrimage and any person who wish to go on Hajj or Umrah have to travel by air. Air freight were much higher at that time in compare of sea fair. To denounce any kind of opposition or movement, government issued notification that the difference amount between sea and air freight will be subsidized by government. No much attention given that time. When affidavit filed in 2005 for government subsidy for followers of other religions whose pilgrimage are abroad, this debate started. And finally Supreme Court directed government of India to abolish Hajj subsidy in phases in 10 years duration. Muslims benefits and losses because of Hajj subsidy. This is indiscrimitely true that air tickets were much higher at that time, almost thrice of present rates. And it was available for those hajjis whose were going through state government, and still same processors adopted. There are few rules and regulations and limitation if you are going on hajj through state government. Like you cant go consequestive year if you have money also. This system adopted to extend help to those where because of little subsidy they can manage to do hajj, and encourage others. However as per our holy book and hadith, you must be self reliance if you are going for hajj, free from all compulsory obligations of family, clear instruction to family members about hierarchy, no borrowed amount be used. So this is obligatory for those Muslims who can afford, and not depends on subsidy. Secondly subsidy given in travelling fair prices only and for other extra important requirement they have to pay in full. Si it benefited for few years and after that it became loss for those who plan through state government. In last 10 years, we have seen drastic development in infrastructure, means of communication, and means of travelling. New competitors entered in aviation business and to attract their fliers they offered various packages. In 1973, there were only one indigenous airline services available for abroad visit. But in 2010, it increased to 4 indigenous operated airlines. The price war began between them and due to stiff competition finally travelers benefited. The cost of up and down fair is almost half if we compare in terms of 1973 fair. But the price of government subsidized airlines fair remains same and increased every year in term of fuel surcharges and additional taxes. So instead of benefit of going through states subsidized hajj pilgrimage, going through private travel agents became cheaper and helpful. The government of India should abolish this immediately rather going a period of 10 years.
Christian log khidmat -e-khalq, sehat aur taleem ke maidan me aage aakar na sirf taraqqi kiye balke dusri qaumon ke sath unka talluqat bhi bahut achcha he, lekin muslim aaj bhi is bat ko samajhne se qasir hen ki in tino maidan me kam karne ke kitne fawayed hain, aur is par kis darja dhyan dene ke zarurat he. yah haqiqat he ke jaisa input hoga waise hi output hoga, to kya muslim ko behtar natije ki tawaqqo ke bajaye apne input yani apni nasl ko aala talim aur akhlaq ki taraf khas dhyan dene ki zarurat nahi? Islam me sadqa jaria par khas zor diya gaya he, pair lagana, school, madarsa kholna aur koi bhi kar-ekhair ke kam ki bari fazilat bayan ki gayi he, agar in kamo ka itna ajr he to duniya me insan ki bhalayi ke liye nayi ijad karne ka kitna sawab hoga, lekin is kam me Muslim itna pichhe kyon? Muslim kaam kam aur shor zyadah kyon karte hain. kya unki zehni gahrai kam ho gai he ya khaloos ki kami he. Masjid ka sahi istemal karna kya ek aham mauzoo nahi he? phir ham is par dhyan kyon nahi dete?

temple, a Sikhs gurudwara, and a Christians church to be built in their campus alongside the jama masjid! Or, to depict the true secular character, demand the demolition of this masjid and all other masajid within the campus, banning muslim prayer in the residential halls and public recital of Quran! Fortunately, this talk of secularism is also just a tafreeh for them! Womens empowerment is societys empowerment, they shout at the top of their voice, for the world to believe they want muslim women to reach the top and rub shoulders with men all men. Does this upgradation of the womens college into a university not align with this call of theirs! Even the biggest proponents of allowing the undergraduate students of the womens college to use the crowded main university library hate the proposal for a separate larger library for these women. They say, separating women from them is subjugating the women. I think its not the women they are worried about, but themselves. They cant wait a few years until marriage to harvest womens company for carnal pleasure. They want us to believe that their intellectual growth would not be normal without rubbing shoulders with members of the opposite sex. They make us believe that women are equal to men; why they call women the opposite then, I wonder! They must demand eradication of Gynecology as a department from all medical colleges and hospitals. A benevolent AMU professor (rare stuff, there) commented that these council members were fortunately not born when the upgradation of MAO College into AMU was proposed; well, some parents pray it was better not to have than have such children born to them. This professor argued HRD ministry has taken a decision to upgrade/establish 20 women's universities under 12th five year plan with the expenditure of one lakh and ninety thousand crore rupees. Our intellectual colleagues did not fight against this pronouncement of the HRD ministry; alas, they can only fight inside their own homes! Non even inside, someone exclaimed; only outside of the gates! One intellectual colleague argued that this upgradation would dilute the womens college. Voila! He also argued that universities are not like residential colonies which could be built so close. He forgot we are talking of residentialuniversities! Some other intellectual colleagues argued that AMU is an ailing elephant at present, and cannot bear the burden of expansion or upgradation; it must remain where it is! It seems these guys wiped away their intellect in an attempt to scratch the kalama tayyaba off their heads! AMU represents the muslims of India, so whatever is true of Aligs may also unfortunately be true of us, non-Aligs. They are not the only muslims making excuses against any positive steps that are proposed for the community. Excuses seem to be the only produce of our intellect these days; we never shy away from inventing new ones when an existing one fails the test of logic. Assumptions abound and conspiracy theories flood the gates of muslim intellect anytime a positive proposal to upgrade the facilities for muslims is put forward by anyone, particularly if it comes from the government. Unfortunately, all such attempts are resisted by elements from within the muslim community be it expansion of the university to serve more muslim dominant areas (AMUs new centres), or the minority status (challenge against JMI). We possibly feel gratified talking of the pathetic condition of the muslim community, race with each other in showing off that each of us knows about the deteriorating condition better than others, to the extent that we start enjoying the pathetic condition, and hate any elevation from the dark pits of misery into the sunshine of glory! Are we our own enemies who love to remain where we are, worse than dalits, blame "others" for all of our miseries, and remain in an agitative state forever, acting as sadists?God save us! Any private owner of a college would crave for upgrading his/her college to a university, every moment; why are we against the upgradation of this AMU womens college which was established with the vision to become a university?

Let me pass through like a shadow, let me not make any noise, let me be a little more of ears, and a little less of a voice.. I know I am puny, I know I am small, I know when all comes crashing, I am right beneath the fall, I know when I am sinking, I will be unable to call I know when I wake up one day, there will be nothing at all. I have heard all the big words, I have heard the ones unsaid, the world has no defined dignity, or measured shame, where I stand becomes my world where you stand becomes yours, we are separate yet intersecting different yet the same as "I" becomes abeyant, and "we" begins to grow, its then the vision clears, and I begin to know.. I know, that amidst the mammoth nations, amidst rulers big and small, of babies born in a battlefield, of gods fighting wars, I see places as dark as death, I see monsters of hunger and hate I see children grey in a day, and women with nothing to save, I see devils walking proud I know crime is an easy thrill a place where silence grows loud and louder, and becomes madder than a shrill.. the world is boiling and spilling, its dealings r monstrous and tall, I stand amidst the chaos, I know I am puny, I know I am small, I know when all comes crashing I am right beneath the fall, so let me pass thru' like a shadow, so let me not make any noise, let me be a little more of ears, and a little less of a voice.

Moreover, if any person would commit crime despite the society is straight, the punishment would be directly Death, which would be given in the public in order to deter and demotivate other contenders of the crime. Its a foregone conclusion that society should be freed from the clutches that make people commit crime. Today Internet PORN and Bollywood PORN have taken precedence in every home.
