In 2011, iTEL Marketing was selected as LANDesks partner in driving their lead generation program where opportunities generated by iTEL Marketing Team were followed by LANDesk executives to further convert them to sales. - To create/identify opportunities with IT managers and key IT decision makers for LANDesk sales representatives to further follow up and convert these leads into potential sales opportunities. - Identify relevant contacts and develop opt-ins to create targeted e-marketing campaigns. - Prompt contacts to visit LANDesk website through the information sent to establish and maintain their brand among the target audience. CAMPAIGN IMPLEMENTATION iTEL Marketing conducted this campaign by having 2 dedicated resources for LANDESK within iTEL office across five weeks. iTEL conducted the calls every week and also provided weekly stats reports and feedback to ensure that LANDESK is aware of how their campaign is progressing. iTEL also managed the email responses for LANDESK where the information was sent out to the contacts on a daily basis through our marketing system. The iTel team then reported and followed up with contacts who had viewed/opened the email to gage their interest level in the solution offered and handed these contacts over to LANDESK upon final resolution.

RESULTS The iTEL Marketing team were the sole point of contact for this campaign and managed all steps of the process from campaign set up, telemarketing, follow-ups and passing leads to LANDesk for further conversion to sales. The targeted execution of this campaign was successful whereby in 5 weeks the ITEL marketing team were able to develop over 100 new opt-ins and 12 appointments were set for LANDesk which generated overall sales of $300,000.
