Preparation
Selection of the customers To tap maximum number of clients the sales pitch should be prepared in such a way that within 5mins you should be able to close the booking within 5mins. Get the potential clients attention. Show them the flyer. Explain the offers mentioned on the flyer. Entice him to pay non-refundable token booking amount of Rs.1000 per person. Mention that they can let us know the date of travel and pay balance refundable booking deposit before 10th Feb. Fill up the sales slip and handover the same to the client for payment.

Training of 3days: It included product details. It was conducted at Kuoni Academy from 19th Jan to 21st Jan 2011. Presentation about all the destinations was shown during this 3days of training. Role play was done so as to get a proper idea of selling the product.

Magic moments: Customers who were really interested came to the store for the inquiry. Some customers responded positively saying they will think and contact. Customers who were not interested did not bother to listen what we were selling. Some customers did not even know what is SOTC but the awareness what is SOTC was created in there minds.

Summary:
Sales at the end of 5 days was 2 packages,ie 4 persons. Could experience different types of customers and the way they are to be dealt with.
