Christmas Bells The singing waits, a merry throng, At early morn with simple skill, Yet imitate the angel's song, And chant their Christmas ditty still; And, mid the storm that dies and swells By fits, in hummings softly steals The music of the village bells, Ringing round their merry peals.

Nine Christmas presents ranged in order straight; Bob took the steam engine, then there were eight. Eight Christmas presents--and one came from Devon; Robbie took the jackknife, then there were seven. Seven Christmas presents direct from St. Nick's; Bobby took the candy box, then there were six. Six Christmas presents, one of them alive; Rob took the puppy dog, then there were five. Five Christmas presents yet on the floor; Bobbin took the soldier cap, then there were four. Four Christmas presents underneath the tree; Bobbet took the writing desk, then there were three.

Three Christmas presents still in full view; Robin took the checker board, then there were two. Two Christmas presents, promising fun, Bobbles took the picture book, then there was one. One Christmas present--and now the list is done; Bobbinet took the sled, and then there were none. And the same happy child received every toy, So many nicknames had one little boy.

When Santa Claus Comes A good time is coming, I wish it were here, The very best time in the whole of the year; I'm counting each day on my fingers and thumbs -the weeks that must pass before Santa Claus comes. Then when the first snowflakes begin to come down, And the wind whistles sharp and the branches are brown, I'll not mind the cold, though my fingers it numbs, For it brings the time nearer when Santa Claus comes.

A CHRISTMAS BLESSING God grant you the light of Christmas, which is faith; the warmth of Christmas, which is purity; the righteousness of Christmas, which is justice; the belief in Christmas, which is truth; the all of Christmas, which is Christ?. Gentle Jesus Gentle Jesus born this day In a manger filled with hay. We your Christmas children beHelp us now your love to see. Gentle Jesus, come today Be our shepherd, Lord we pray. Gentle Jesus, come this hour Fill us with your love and power. You fell asleep in Mary's arm God kept you safe from all alarm. Gentle Jesus, come today Be our Shepherd now we pray.

Christmas Candles When the Christ-child comes again Softly down the street to-night, Twinkling through the window pane Let our candles shed their light. Though the clouds are dark above

And the golden stars are dim, We can tell Him of our love If we set a light for Him. Oh, the blessed Christ-child dear, In His robe of shining white, Let our candles give Him cheer As He passes by to-night!

The Christmas Story Once upon a time, A long, long time ago. Begins the story of a baby, That most of you should know. His daddy's name was Joseph, And Mary was His mom, This babe was very special He was God's only Son. Some angels came from heaven, And they began to sing. To the shepherds in the fields below, "Glad tidings do we bring!" A bright star lit the heavens, To light the magi's way, To the baby in the manger Who was born on Christmas day. And all who gathered round Him, Rejoiced and praised His birth. For the babe, the King, named Jesus, Is our Saviour here on earth! May we all Thy praises sing! Amen.

Please stop the wars in the world and people from fighting Let them see your peace and a Christmas tree with lighting. Bless all the poor children without Christmas or love Let them know that Jesus is your gift to all from above.

Bless my family that I love so very dear Let them know that in my heart they are near Thank you God for all the gifts shiny and new Be sure to tell Santa that I prayed for him too Amen

Ah! dearest Jesus, holy Child, Make Thee a bed, soft, undefiled, Within my heart, that it may be A quiet chamber kept for Thee. Amen.

O holy Child of Bethlehem, Descend to us, we pray; Cast out our sin and enter in. Be born in us to-day. Amen.

O welcome, little Christmas Guest, Dear Jesus, from above; Upon Thy face, so pure and mild, We see God's smile of love. Amen.

Precious Babe of Bethlehem, Gift of love to sinful men, Thou, our Savior, Lord, and King
