It is an area where issues emerging from subjects like business strategy, finance, organizational design, operations management, information systems and human resources management converge. Pedagogy: Classroom delivery shall involve interaction, question-answers, presentations, case solutions, role plays, problem solution, examples etc. There will be a greater thrust on case solutions and industry based assignments.

Evaluation: Mode of Evaluation Quiz Review Examination Assignment Weightage 10% ( One quiz of 10 marks ) 20% 5%
Term Paper & Group Presentation 15%(5% for report +10% for presentation) End Term Examination 50 % Total 100% Term paper to be submitted not later than the 25th session of the course. The term paper will be a group activity and has to be submitted in 4000- 5000 words which will exclude the diagrams, charts, tables, reference lists, bibliography etc. Summary of the article has to be submitted during the 20th session of the course.
Attendance: Students are required to have a minimum of 80% attendance in each course during the term. Those who fall short of attendance are not permitted to take the end-term examinations.
