Objectives
The Second International Conference on Systems and Information Processing (ICSIP13) will be held in Guelma, Algeria. ICSIP is organized by the Laboratory of Automatics and Informatics of Guelma (LAIG) and University of May 8, 1945. ICSIP13 provides an international forum for researchers, practitioners and developers in Systems and Information Processing to present the latest news research results and exchange knowledge, experience and most recent developments on various fields.

Prospective participants are invited to submit electronically the full version of their paper following the ICSIP template.
Papers should not be longer than six (6) pages written either in English or French. All submitted papers are evaluated by two reviewers and acceptance will be based on technical quality, relevance, originality, clarity and experiments tests. Papers must be original, had not previously been published or presented at another conference. Accepted papers will be published in a proceeding volume that will be available at the time of the conference. Selected best papers from ICSIP13 will be invited to submit extended versions for publishing in journal special issues.
